PaperGator(R) is purchased from non-profit organizations in West Michigan and delivered to BPV Environmental's production facility. The paper is ground, classified, conditioned and odor control agents are added to the product. The products are then extruded and the temperature is raised to a level in which the product is sterilized. The product is dried and run through a dust removal system. BPV Environmental understands consistant quality of our products is critical to our customer and their pets. Accordingly, the products are tested frequently and key measurments recorded regularly during the production process. These products are made with 100% recycled PaperGator(R) paper, which is a unique fundraising program where everyone wins: Win for the environment because paper is kept out of landfills (an estimated 40% of landfill space is paper), 1 ton of recycled paper saves 17 trees from being harvested.
