Traits:  Although the smallest of the Aratingas, orange-fronted conures are spunky and can learn to talk or play dead. Owners describe the orange-fronted conure as being mighty and having a big attitude. These pet birds are flexible concerning their surroundings and they enjoy playing and learning tricks.

Behavior/Health Concerns:  Orange-fronted Conures plenty of entertainment and interaction. Orange-fronted conures are susceptible to feather picking and common psittacine diseases. These conures can become very attached to their owners. Pet bird owners who enjoy having fun with their birds will enjoy this conure. Orange-fronted conures can also become good talkers. Although often confused with the peach-fronted conure, their major difference is the horn-colored beak found, whereas the peach-fronted conures have an all black beak.
