Wow! He's using his foot! Not too many cockatiels can do that! I have one that can do it a little bit, but not that good. Mine is a little yellow cheeked fellow too.

Like the others have all agreed on, a tiny piece of chip will not hurt so long as it is not a regular thing. I too treat my flock with a rare french fry (after getting the grease off with a paper towel) and they love it. A cute video!
