Mini macaw: (noun) An informal, non-scientific name for macaws under 20 inches in length. All mini macaws are macaws. Mini macaws include the:

  • Red-bellied macaw 
  • Severe macaw 
  • Noble macaw
  • Hahn’s macaw
  • Illiger’s macaw
  • Yellow-collared macaw
