 At a bird fair (outside) he flew away from the seller--I chased him through the crowd as he gained altitude he clipped a few unsuspecting heads, then got caught in a low hanging vine, I could hear people say he's gone she'll never catch him but I kept running after him. then "Don't pick him up he'll bite". now on the ground and panting , he let me pick him up as I walked him back to the table, I told the man I wanted him & he's been mine ever since.. |

Well it only got mid or high 60s here today so was cool but nice sunshine. Hope Ike doesnt give you a rough time there. No wind doesnt bother me ...I just listen real quiet like to it. Tomorrow is skin grandaughter 9th birthday. Mom already gave her a card and $$ so she could get what she wanted then.
I got a bath today and later sat outside with mom in the sun. That sure made me feel sleepy. Mom has a shirt on today with cockatoos on the front and beads around the neck and sure have been trying to get those beads loose.hihihi They are so purty with all the bright colors.I am baking a friendship pie, so stop in and say hi. Sounds like me and your friends have alot in common. The weather is cooler now and nights are cool enough you certainly need a jacket on. We are suppose to get rain tomorrow and then daytime cooler temperatures to come along after that. Mom says she is tired today from working in the house but I think its cause she didn’t keep her feathers here at home this weekend hihihi. Don’t make me cry and stop in and say “hi”. How do you like those Avi Cakes? Are they good or just so so? I'm a junk food junkie...my mom tries to get me to eat veggies but I ain't havin' it!!! Are they good for you? I'll have to try that ceiling fan bit :)
