 Caesar Geronimo was found in an apartment a week after his last owner died. He has a scissor beak, is partially blind and is old, but of unknown age. An aquaintance at a bird rescue asked me if I would take him. I named him Caesar Geronimo after two very tough men. Caeser is also very tough and very much loved. He endures the regular beak trims and just gets on with life.. |

I am glad that your mom, the world traveler made it home safely, I know you had to be so glad to see her again, the other folks can care for you well, but nobody can do it like the ones that love us the most! Tell your momma thanks for the Father's Day greeting for my dad, that was sweet of her, and when mom gets all settled in and caught up with her love'ns, tell me about your new toys! We are pleased to hear she enjoyed the Parrot Island Seminar, and we hope the visit with old friends and family went well, but we know she's glad to be back home! Hey Caes, how absdolutely wonderful to hear from you guys via e-mail, that is really great that your momma is going to take a little vacation to her old stompin' grounds in Minnesota! It always a good thing to reconnect with blood family and old friends, we hope and pray she has a safe trip and pleasant visit! My dad always marveled at how friendly all the folks in Minnesota were! It's Mother's day here, do you celebrate it there, if not you should, you have a great mom so be extra nice to her today! Before mom leaves on her trip, make a list of a bunch of toys you've been wanting, you may not get them all, but our humans feel guilty for leaving us and buy all kinds of neat things to make up for it! If you play your cards right your cage will be so full of toys you won't be able to move, then destroy them one at a time! I gotta tell ya, I have a new brother, he's a Congo Grey like your Jacko, he's not on BC yet but dad has alweays been nutso for those ugly Grey birds! He is a rescue, and even though he's not green I'm starting to like him also! You said that your mom has people in MN, my dad goes up North and Fishes the Boundry waters at Rainy River, at Baudette and ice fishing at Red Lake for huge Northerns, Crappie, and Walleye! max here...I am a blue and gold macaw and I see there is one of those in your flock as well, and I have two fiblings [both are African Greys [you hve one as well] One of ours is a Timneh and the other one a Congo. So you hail from beautiful Switzerland eh? You lucky birdies. Our mom was born and raised in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and often vacationned in Lauterbrunnen with her family and friends. Unfortunately she was in her late teens then and failed to appreciate the beauty of your country. She has also been to Zurich and Bern.It is a pleasure to meet you, we now reside in the USA [mom married an American]May we also take this opportunity to wish you a very happy New year, and feel free to pay us a visit anytime
