pretty much nothing. She is not a big treat eater.
 In the corner on her nite nite perch.Like sitting on her cage door.
 Does not want anyones hands in HER cage.
 She is soooo patient with me, even though I always bite, and don't want to come out most times, Mommy still tries everyday to bring me out of my shell. I DO love her.
 Is very skittish. Bites(not hard) constantly. Sleeps leaning down on perch, sits on her butt.Throws all her food out of dish immediately..
 BITE, BITE, BITE! I LOVE TO BITE! I'm A Princess!!.

Hi Molly
HOpe mom is feeling better soon. We're heading for a January thaw this week, can you believe it? We are supposed to have temps in the high 40s and maybe even low 50s starting today. When mom walked the dogs it was still 25 though. Mom is looking up places to see in Vietnam and Thailand, if anyone has suggestions, that would be super. She is still celebrating her hatchday, too! Tonight some friends are taking her to a movie, then dinner. She's going to see Lincoln, not her first choice, but still...

HAPPY NEW YEAR MOLLI
Well mom was back at PETCO today to do little HATCHDAY shopping for Sugar. Yep today is her Hatch day. She broke out of her shell on New Years Eve. Our OBE Doxies is going nuts they shooting off fireworks around here she hates them. The other 2 dogs it does not bother. Anyways back to petco they still had the baby SC it's sooooooooo cute plus mom look at the older SC they had there. She asked its price 699.00 really mom said to them they told her its HATCHDAY was 1/15/12 so it will be a year old in few weeks. Mom look at the guy and said well for one they need more toys in the cage all I see is one toy plus if you lower your prices people could give the birds good homes they would not set in cages for almost a year. And I know those tiels over there has been in this store since Oct. . The guy Said well we have to make a profit that really got mom blood boiling . She said well you make more with lower prices and have birds have a home not set in cages for almost a year with one toy. The guy said well they chew them up. Mom Said ya birds do that just like dogs eat treats cats play with toys , fish swim and lizards eat crickets and sleep in hide huts and hamsters rats chew on things to. The guy gave up and said well I will see what my manager says about more toys. He walk away mom waited 10 mins for them to come back. So she walk to a cashier said I need to speak with manager. She called one no show of manager. So mom asked foe corporate no. The girl said call the manager. Mom said guess you don't have one. She left pretty soon manager shows up mom told him off. Then she handed him the toys she had and said I will take my business onto Petsmart:) the manager offer mom a 30 percentdiscount and a gift card mom said no thanks and walked out. Dad looks at mom said I could not believe you did that. Mom look at dad and SAId they SUPOSE to be a pet store they should know about the animals and make sure they happy and have toys food ECt until they sold.

AS FOR THE BABY SC SHE SAID SHE WOULD NOT PAY PETCO PRICE THEY WANTED FOR IT, SHE CALLED AND ASKED THEM AND THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE 800.00 PLUS TAX MOM SAID NO WAY SHE COULD GET A AFRICAN GREY OR AMAZON BABY FOR THAT PRICE AROUND HERE.MOM CALLED HER FRIEND WERE SHE GOT ME MOM ASKED IF SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE ANY BABIES SHE WOULD HAVE SOME BABY SC IN THE SPRING AND TOLD MOM SHE SELL HER A BABY FOR 200.00. SO NOW MOM REALLY THINKING ABOUT IT.. SO IT WILL BE A WHILE. DID YOU GET YOUR SNOW?
TODAY WE GOT OUR SHOWERS AND CAGES CLEANED AGAIN. PLUS THE DOGS GOT THERE BATHES TO SO WE ALL SQUEAKY CLEAN FOR THE WEEK. DO YOU HAVE BIG PLANS FOR NEW YEARS EVE? THE PARENTS ARE STAYING HOME AND WE ALL GOING TO HAVE A MOVIE NIGHT AND LOTS OF JUNK FOOD. MOM SAID IT SAFER THAT WAY. YOUNGER SKIN BROTHER IS GOING TO A FRIENDS HOUSE HE 21 YRS OLD THEY JUST GOING TO HANG OUT AS HE SAYS. DAD TOLD HIM TO CALL IF HE NEEDS TO WE WILL PICK HIM UP . OLER BROTHER HAS TO WORK. MOM BEEN DOING LAUNDRY SHE PULLED ALL THE BEDDING OFF THE BEDS AND DOING THAT WEELKY WASHING OF THE BEDDING. GUESS MOM ON A WASHING MISSION. WE THINK SHE JUST BOARD SHE HAS 2 WEEKS OFF FROM WORK. OH NO MOMMY GOT THE BABY BIRD FEVER AGAIN. YOU SEE SHE WENT TO PETCO WITH BROTHERS TO GET SOMETHINGS WENT OVER TO LOOK AT THE BIRD TOYS AND SEE A BABY SUN CONURE HE WAS NOT FOR SALE YET. HIS HATCH DATE WAS 11/5/12 BUT EVERYTIME MOM PUT HER HAND UP TO THE CAGE HE PUT HIS FOOT UP TO TOUCH MOM HAND SHE SAID IT WAS SOOOOOO CUTE.. SHE TOOK A PIC OF IT AND SENT IT TO DAD OH NO HE AS BAD AS MOM WHEN ADDING TO THE FAMILY IS WHAT WADDLES HAD TOLD ME. WHAT CAN I DO
WE GOT ONE TREAT STICK GONE AND A FEW TOYS ARE DESTROYED BRING ON THE REST. WE GOT SOME MORE SNOW THIS MORNING IT WAS PRETTY IT WAS THE BIG FLUFFLY FLAKES. MOM NOT FEELING SO GOOD TODAY SHE HAD TO GO HAVE A CROWN PUT ON ONE OF HER TEETH. IM SURE GLAD WE BIRD DONT HAVE TEETH. GOING TO THE DENTIST SURE DOES NOT SOUND LIKE FUN AT ALL. SHE SAYS ALL SHE HAS TO DUE IS GRAB US AND UP US IN THE TRAVEL CAGES IF THE TORNADO SIRENS GO OFF. THEY ARE SAYING AFTER 6PM IT TO GET BAD. DID MOM TELL YOUR MOM APRIL OUR FEMALE PARROTLET IS SETTING ON 3 EGGS AND 2 OF THEM LOOK FERTIL YEP WE CAN SEE BLOOD VAINS IN THE EGGS WHEN WE HOLD A FLASH LIGHT UP TO THE EGGS. BOO BERRY THE DADDY. Yep, a little snow tonight and then Saturday looks like it'll be a mess ! We're actually about 25 miles north of NYC, so not too far from you guys ! Mom enjoys the snow and the winter and hopes it's snow and not ice . . . birdsonally, anything that keeps her home works for me !

Well there are 2 pieces of news today: one is that the football season is over for us, the Steelers lost, so mom won't be yelling at that box any more this month. The second news is better! We think the great dog search is over! Yesterday mom took Polly across town to meet a dog at yet another location. She had already requested that they not be inside a shelter, so they met at a storefront and walked to a park. Polly and Mame are close in age, Polly is 5, and it turns out that Mame is 7. They are close in energy levels, too, and Polly didn't freak out! The shelter people will bring her here to meet us birds, and hopefully she will react favorably to us. Then mom and Polly will have another dog! As long as mom still pays a lot of attention to the important members of the household, US, I'm okay with a new furball. Today mom is going for brunch with her family before going to meet Mame, the next dog on the list. They chose today because they are all off work for a change. It's a combined birthday brunch for her and her son in law, they share the same birthday, but not the same year. heehee That would be too freaky.
