I had a great time yesterday with dad's parents. I solicited all of Poppa's attention and made him give me scritches and made him laugh non-stop. Nana isn't very nice, though. She hates all animals. Our cat Milo spent the day driving Nana crazy by trying to jump in her lap! Finally the cat did something useful! Hahaha! We're not having any company today but some of mom's frinds are coming from tomorrow until Tuesday. I hope they're like Poppa! Have a great weekend! Hi Skittles This is Tat2 and Ziggy's Mom, the Red Lored Amazons. Your mom stopped by for a visit and asked me about Red Loreds. We have 4 Red Loreds in the house and 1 Salvin's Red Lored. Red Loreds are very sweet Amazons. They are Medium size and most are very friendly. All of mine are. They are not known for talking although I re-homed a rescue that talked up a storm. They do like to whistle and love to snuggle if you get them as babies and keep up the human contact as they get older. I have one,Tat2 who actually hatched in my hand and will lay in my hand even now and go to sleep on his back. He is the sweetest one of the 4. I recommend them to anyone who wants to get their first Amazon. Another good one is an Orange Wing. We have 3 and they are a bit more animated then the Red Loreds and all 3 talk. Hello again! Thanks for the recipe. I can't wait to try it out. Bo hasn't had too much exposure to any bread type foods yet. He's a huge lover of veggies like broccoli so I give him my steamed broccoli & chicken alot when we order out chinese. He also loves those crunchy noodles. I don't give him more than a couple tiny pieces bc I know it's not too good for him, but it's hard to resist when he tries to eat what your eating and looks so darn cute!
