Active within 1559 Days Hi! My name is Tequila Sunrise (Teq) I am a Sun Conure from Columbus, MS. Teqqer! Teq-a-Rooooo! 5 years old M Sun Conure Love those bananas! I like fruit, but I can't say much for those vegetables. Yuck! My most favorite treat is Froot Loops! Mom's left shoulder! That's when I get to play Pirate! And when she's at her computer, I like to climb up into her sleeve and tickle her with my feathers! Those other pesky animals. Predators. Our flock includes a dog (Champ) and a cat (Charlie). They may be part of the flock, but I still don't like them. Mom likes to stoke all my feathers! She'll also blow on them ever so gently - and it feels SO GOOOOD! I can see out the front door from my cage. Whenever I see Mom drive up, I start screeching loud enough that I'm sure our neighbors hear me! Another quirky habit I have is that I like to have Mom put her fingers on both sides of my beak, and then I move my head really fast up against them! It feels so good! I like to hang upside down too! Sometimes I pretend I'm a bat, and sometimes I pretend I'm a banana. Did I mention I like bananas? Mom will let me do flips while I hang onto her finger, and sometimes we go up and down and all around like a roller coaster! Wheeee!!!. When in doubt - SQUAWK!.
