 We found a wonderful bird breeder in pittsburgh,pa, and "adopted" Gabby, Izzy was already adopted out, but in the weeks that we visited Gabby, the person that wanted Izzy could not come up with the money, well on the day we got to take Gabby home, we decided to adopted Izzy too, we just couldn't part the sisters, they are so happy and we are too!. |

That is to funny about the shower. I have always been the same way about showers. My cage I can climb down. SO, if mommy did forget me, I would scream and then if she still did not come, I would climb down the cage and meet her in the shower....lolol We are persistant little buggers. Now I really do not like showers as much as I do baths. I used to get a shower everyday and I finally I guess got tired of it. But, I look so handsome when I get bathed. My grey feathers get all dark with no dander and My pearly reds are sparkling. HEHE I tell ya I have some fits myself. We all act like children or FIDS....lolol Well, hope to talk so ....got to go mommy wants to watch biggest losier and I have to watch so we know how to work out together. Thanks for visiting me "Rocket". Yeah, my friend is a yellow naped amazon. We play together, but Mom has to supervise us. Pedro is much bigger then I am and sometimes I just get too friendly. Pedro doesn't like it when I just won't leave her alone at all, while we are outside of our cages. We also have a little guy in our flock. His name is Buddy and he is a dusky headed conure. Buddy is a runt compared to us, so he can't play with us; but he does enjoy interacting with us from a distance and talking to us. Have a great New Year! Punkin here--Oh I CAN fly, just not far or very long. Dad didn't know mom leaves the bird room door open even when we finches are flying. We usually don't leave the room. Once in a while Handsome will fly in the bathroom but he just want's to show off. I fly over to visit Sly because he never hurts little birds. Kiwi will leave me alone and chase handsome. Mom heard we needed company so she got us some. She really read that Handsome needed a harem and got some for him.HA! equal amounts! So she gave up.
OH WE LOVE CORN ON THE COB! Mom gives us what she can. We don't get as much as the bigger birds tho. but we get our fair share. Oh, today is fresh egg!!! Hey there Greys
Aw that is cool you have another bird to hang out with...the little sun conure. Mommy has often thought she is probably the only bird person who only has one flock member. I think she thinks I may be jealous or something....lolol I probably would. I love me some mommy time. The picture outside was at my grammies house. Mommy does not let me out long and mommy has always cut my wings. She is very cautious about me outside due to the fact she is afraid I will fly away....little does so know, I would never fly away because I have it all to good. Omg you have to get the book Alex and Me if you haven't already. Wow how amazing that book is. Mommy and I got it for Christmas and boy mommy cried her eyes out on chapter one. Mommy has a lady at the viedo store that has a grey too and she got the book to....It is awesome. Well, hope all is well and chat with you soon. Welcome to BC. You two are really pretty. I love your picture of both of you with your corn on the cob. Is that cob cooked or is it uncooked. Mommy will have to try giving me it on the cob. I love me some corn but normally I eat it already off the cob. I hope you had a good Christmas. Did Santa come to see you. HO HO HO. He did me. I got a fur pur that is a bird. And the bird is as big as me. When I touch the beak it flaps its wings and chirps. How does your mommy handle both of you. I think I would be jealous having another bird.
