My mom lets me surf the BC looking for other Nandays and today I found you! My name is Nikita. I am a Nan/Sun hybrid, but I look a lot like you! I guess my Sun Conure genes weren't very aggressive (sssh! don't tell Connie II I said that!). It looks like you come from quite a large flock! How clever. Cricket-a really cute name.
My name is Cha-Cha, 'cause I like to dance with my
person. We especially like EZ listening jazz and
Country Western tunes. Been listening to many
Christmas carols, and they all are great too.
I'm learning to sing also. Maybe some day I will be famous. My friend here in Nev. is about to rescue a
conure. She has filled out all the paper work and now
must attend a 2 hr. class. Then she should be approved. She has had birds before.

Yes it is a small world. Our MOM has a cat named candy. She doesn't like us and that is ok. She runs away every time we get close to her. We used to have a sun but mom had to give him up because he would attact every body that came to the house. Mom felt really bad but she knew it was going to a good home. An elderly lady took her and she lives alone. Nelson was his name and he fell in love with her right away. bye for now come visit us any time. Here's a vote for you.Come visit me, Rosey & Smokey.

You are lucky to have bird nanny there cause mom looked around here and nothing at all like that yet. Sure wish there was one. I think chi chi may have a beaky over but I got bags under my eyes hihihi. We were up late last night welcoming the New Year in. I kept sitting on skin sis hubbys shoulder and would give him kiss and make a smacking noise with it and then tell him I love him hihihi. After everyone left I went in and sat on that new perch …till I realized it and jumped off it and got on another one in my cage and slept on it all night instead. I stay away from that new perch and make sure I don’t step on it by accident cause them new things scare me and I am scared of it!! Mom thinks in time I will accept it but I think she is just dreaming hihihi. Of all the gifts life could send, the best is knowing you’re my friend. My door is always open so come on in and sit on the extra perch and brawk with me…your always welcome!! Vote 4 you….Love ya!! GusCome visit me, Gus & Chi chi ..

Hmm so the bird nanny is a real person and not just a friend that did this? Mom thought that you were just making up a name for a friend. Mom is going to check that out and see if there are any in our area to come to the house which is alot easier to do. Mom takes us to Cindy and she does our grooming and is very gentle with us but this way we dont need to leave home which would be great!! Glad you are feeling so much better with the grooming all done now.Today I told mom “Thank You” and mom was happy I learned that so fast. It took about a week for me to pick it up. I got my bath today then sat on the perch in the window in the sun a while and sure did feel good. Mom was gone a while today and when she got home I knew she was at the pet store cause I smelled other birdies on her hmmppptttt. Happy new Years in case we don’t chat again till after the new year and I don’t get to tell you. Birds of a feather flock together. Hmmmm the bird nanny huh??? We never heard of that but have seen the macaws get their beak filed down at the store and chi chi gets hers trimmed with nippers and she dont seem too upset. Dont think its too bad but keep me posted as to how you did my friend.Dad fell asleep in his easy chair like he does a lot after supper and I said” Wake up” and man did he wake up fast. Mom says we are never spoiled ...just loved hihihi. Chi chi and I are very loved too. I hung out with mom most of the day here and she even took me outside since it got up in the 60’s which is very unusual for this time of year here. I got a good squirt yesterday when mom ran the sweeper then mom blow dried me too. That sweeper does strange things for a fella like me hihihi. Birds of a feather flock together.
