...we got several email pics and a phone call from mama Ruthie Yamada, what a nice lady! I think she is about to surprise us all with a hard fought decision, regarding her flock! She asked us not to reveal what it is, but we just could not be any happier for her and Pookie, it seems like she gets so much rain in her sweet little life, and now, our Lord has found a way to smile down on her! Her and my daddy talk (and cry) together all the time, they have an agreement that anytime is okay! On June 21st it is the first anniversary of the horrific anniversary of the worst day go of my daddy's life, the day that his precious Christy went to the Rainbow Bridge! He don't bring it up much these days, but it is on his mind so clear, as though it happened yesterday! I'll bet there has not been a half a dozen tearless days since she passed, but he does try so hard to let go, just not yet! Good luck against the MLB's on Thursday, my Ziggy will be trying to beat you guys! Love to momma Debi, we love her, and the dog and your great daddy...

Last week's game sure was a nail biter.....so close....which made for an exciting game! And a fun one ~

How was your weekend? Was the weather nice? It was nice & hot and will be thru next weekend....mid to upper 90's. I did get to play in the hose which I always have fun. Then yesterday I got to help mom get the baby's cage ready. She's starting to put in perches and toys.

Not much else going on except mom working and going to the vet. :-)

Good Morning, Indy Sam
Hello! What a racket this morning! Mom's mate was up before the dawn revving up that noise maker he calls a motorcycle! Had the whole household up! Well, that's only Mom, me, & the three cats, BUT STILL!! Birds get up early as it is! This was a terrible time for anything alive to be awake!

Yesterday when Mom & her mate went out for breakfast, they went through the nearby town of Waxhaw. There are great big electric signs up saying that filming would be taking place in Waxhaw today & tomorrow!! "Expect Delays." It seems they are filming a movie!!! It wouldn't be the first time the little town of Waxhaw would be in films! I hope Hollywood doesn't discover how greyt it is here or the population will explode more than it already has! Ehh….it's hard to keep a good thing quiet for very long.

Hello every birdie, it is SKY with this weeks SPOTLIGHT on CARING with my goofy, fun loving buddies Polly, and Zippy and their Momma Karen
SKY; When did you first become interested in birds? How did you become a bird owner?
Momma Karen; My grandmother had a pair of budgies that she allowed free in the house when I was young. They would go to her and 'talk' with her, imitate and call the outdoor birds. Grandma also fed the outdoor birds and would have jays and other birds sit on her as she offered them seeds. Seeing the different birds going to her is what started my interest.
Sky; Please tell us all, when did you first join Bird Channel? Polly; Momma joined B.C. in 2008.

SKY; How are you involved with birds in general? Momma Karen; I just talk about birds all the time in the various social settings I find myself in.
Sky; Momma Karen, could you tell us about the birds in your life, both past & present?
Momma Karen ;As a child I had a budgie that I had purchased from a dime store. Somehow it ended up with mites, I think. This was back in the 1960s, so there was no vet care and I was very ignorant. The poor thing died when I was on vacation with my family. He was well tended by the before mentioned grandmother. After my 5th human child, the family wanted a pet. Friends were breeding budgies at that time and gave us one for me taking care of the birds (and mice, and rabbits) while they were on vacation. I learned about the sensitivity of their breathing with this one. I moved our 'pet' back into the family space too soon after spraying for lice—we were having great difficulty getting rid of lice. About the time Orion died, Loki was hatched. The same friends let us have a 'replacement'. Still learning about avian vets, Loki lived for 8 years, but died because of a tumor. We had not found an avian vet.

How are you??? I haven't been by in forever!! Nothing really interesting to chat about but I did want you to know I was thinking about you and I hope everything is just perfect at your nest!
Mom and I have been working on a few project around the house and just spending time together. We are spending a lot of time just playing when she gets home in the mornings. I really like it and since the cat goes back to bed after his breakfast, I don't have to worry about him sticking his nose into my playtime!!

Sam Claps His Wings & Stomps A Foot To Miss Pico's
....& Indy Sam's Happy Feet Dance! WoooHOOOO!!

Another Friday is here & I can't wait for some outside time! Wait….it's still raining! The temps are so mild for the beginning of June but I think it makes a nice time outside. I've learned to sing the 'rain rain go away. come back some other day. so we can go outside to play!!' The rain is NOT listening. Hmphf! And I ask so little of it, too.

There has to be a way I can see my little hummingbird friends! They don't understand my Morse code that I'm pecking on the window where their feeder is mounted on the outside!! Yesterday, I did get to wander around some in the kitchen. I flew back to my cage top where I started flapping as hard as I could then let out a giant screech which I did for a good 20 to 30 seconds. That's saying something for a quiet guy like myself. It was magical! Instead of running or flying away, the hummers came in lots of numbers to check it out! Well, maybe I just scared them into being thirsty. But I was very happy to rush over there and start my tapping on the window again! I think that lovely little female from last year is there again! She came back! I will have to find some bright red flowers & nectar to have handy to offer her if she should come see me when I get to go outside again! They are so many this year! Mom has to duck when she walks around the front porch because they like to cut through the porch!! She came running in saying the hummers were using it like an interstate highway! Heeheehee! I would have loved to see Mom running! That's a sight to see, believe me!

I figured I would come by so we could do the happy feet dance....so happy today is Friday! I know our mom's are dancing ~

What's planned for the weekend? Not much planned at my home. All I'm looking forward to is spending time with mom...and play in the water hose, of course ~ Mom's planing on resting and not doing much.

Let me tell you something.....I don't share easily either and I'm not a boy. Mom doubts that there will be any physical interaction between me and the baby because of the way I was toward Bindi. Plus, this baby will be a BIG bird in a little body which doesn't help. :-)

Here's a WELCOME HOME to your Mom!
It's really great t'know she's back home safe and that she had a totally awesome time while in Hawaii. Hard t'imagine anyone NOT having a good time while they were there. It's super neat that she got t'meet Pookie and his really sweet parronts. Me and Mom sure did enjoy the picture of yours and Pookie's moms together.

Man, I'm glad you didn't get hurt when you collided with the mirror. Funny how those things look like an exit out of the room, huh? I'm sure, if I could fly, I'd make the same attempt. Imagine you've been busy burnin' off all that stored up energy from sittin' around waitin' on your mom t'get back. It feels great t'have life back to the "normal" that you prefer, huh?

How's the baseball season going you ask? Well, for the Mighty Macaws it's only one win t'two losses. Glad the season's young though. That gives us the chance t'change those statistics. Good luck with them Wonder Wings. You've got a cool group of players there.

Well, I Knew It was going To Do That! (part 2)
Mom did make a keylime cake she had made at our home and took it to her Mom & sister. It was to celebrate Mother's Day & their birthdays, too. Mom hasn't celebrated Mother's Day with her Mom in over a decade. It was high time she did just that!! And she did it!

As you can see, with all that going on, Mom was having to use her iPhone to try to keep in touch with the BC. Boy was that an exercise in frustration! Mom has a hard time navigating the touch screen & buttons of the phone. Her big fingers is why!!! She come to the baseball game, type a sentence and then, by mistake, she'd WHOOSH off to another bird's page! She had many screams I have been told!! Glad I missed that! heeheehee!! A Mom hissy fit is a force to be reckoned with & one you don't want to be present for!

Hey Indy Sam! WOW!! You Got To Meet POOKIE!!!
I'm so jealous I don't know what to say!! WAIT!! I DO know what to say to that!! And I am really really saying it, too!!! "HAVE A BIRDY DAY!" And your good Momma did just THAT with the original 'birdy day" authors! Wonderful!! Just WONDERFUL!! It sounds so much like paradise in Hawaii & all islands near about! What a fantastic, dream come true vacation!

Mom NEEDS a real vacation from her vacations to her Mom and sister's home. She loves them dearly but they need lots of physical help. Nanny is 91 this year & feisty as ever. Her sister can't do many things she used to due to her loss of her leg 3 years ago. They are still adjusting the house to fit her new needs & that was an up hill battle with Nanny. Being that old, she didn't like the change AT ALL!! She would have kept things just as they were but my sister would be living & sleeping in the living room due to her first being in a wheelchair!! Man oh me did they have a time getting things thinned out and the flooring changed. Doors & door jams changed to accommodate wheel chair widths. A new bathroom to house the new needs for getting clean for her.

Mom's mission is to do the stuff that her sister would have normally done on her own. They have an indoor pool but now Mom is the one who cleans it really good. They still are trying to figure out a way to get her sister from the side of the pool to being into the water. That's the easy part! Mom has threatened to just wheel her over there to the side and tump her in!!! Hahaha! No, she would never do that but they ARE sisters. You know how they can get! Getting in would be easy. It's the getting back out that is the tricky part. Mom was there willing & able to try but her sister backed down from it. It scares her sister to feel so helpless & is afraid she will hurt Mom as she tries to help her get out. Maybe next year or with one of their brothers she will feel more confident in at least trying!

Mom did many many things there for them. Lots of appointments she was able to drive them there & many errands she could run for them too. One day, Mom just packed up the wheelchair (for Nanny, her stamina gives out pretty quickly when they go out) and put that in the trunk, fussed her sister into the car and took them to do some antiquing at a new shop that had opened close by their home. So, it wasn't far, but it was BIG and they both had a great time! Lots of memories for Nanny when she'd see something and say "I USED TO HAVE ONE OF THOSE!!!" It made a them laugh!!

Mom even did some baking for her sister when she was asked by the base's general to do an interview with the TV station for some history about the base. That put a kink in her sister's plans but Mom helped her save the day by cooking up some cheese straws, muffins, cookies, cheese & sausage balls. It was fun for Mom who rarely bakes much any more since the kids are grown & gone.

After a couple of minutes, they both leap off the cliff and fall to the ground.

Laying next to each other in intensive care at the hospital, one moron says to the other, "I don't think much of this budgie jumping."

The other moron replies, "Yeah, I'm not too keen on this paragliding either."

How are u sweetie? Well, mom did it AGAIN! She hasn't sent my blogs out in over a week! She has been busy doing spring cleaning, scrubbing everything down & putting winter stuff away & getting out the summer stuff! It's a slow & tiring task for mom! She said it would go a little faster if she didn't have a large bird sitting on her hand! I disagree tho...how can I make sure she's doing it correctly if I'm not right in the middle of everything?!

Mom is back from vacation which means I'm back....yea! I had two Green Cheek Conures that stayed near me while I was at the sitters.....cute little birds...not very noisy. The sitter told my mom I was the perfect house guest. She told mom that I asked her "what are you doing" at least a hundred times a day. What can I say....I'm curious. :-) Sure glad mom & dad are back. They had a really fun trip going to Colorado, but had a lot of problems coming back home with mom's trike, but of course your mom knows all about it. My dad had a good outlook about it and told mom it was part of the adventure. She got a lot of beautiful pictures, enjoyed the new sights, and cooler weather. On the last stretch before arriving at home, mom got the message that she's got a baby that will soon be joining our family. She's excited...so excited. Dad? He said he's looking forward to meeting him or her, but not all excited like mom. Me? I'll let you know after I meet it. :-) I sure missed every birdie here on BC ~ How's it going? I think summer is here to stay.....in the 90's for the next week or so with little or no chance of rain. You know what that means, don't you? Of course you do! I can start playing in the water hose. :-) Is it hot there?

I'm So Jealous You Got To Meet Pookie & Mom Ruthie
Hey everybirdy! Sorry to have been out of touch for so long but Mom was away in Alabama. She did try to touch a few bases (haha) by using her iPhone to check into the BC to see how things were going. Mom discovered the hard way how SLOW it was using her iPhone there at her sister's home. Maybe it was the internet connection there, but it took forever to download just one page. Oh, yeah, Mom doesn't navigate to well on the iPhone, either! Big swollen fingers > tiny phone buttons. Oh my! Her frustration levels were off the chart! Heeheehee!

I just wanted you to know that I'm back and giving a "squawk out" to all of you. I MISSED YOU!! And it's great to be back.

My team is playing today against those CrackerJack Cuties. Oh, excuse me, CrackerJack Conures. They're a great team to play against and we'll be having to give it our all. We're going for a win! At least, I hope so.

How are u sweetie? I haven't been on BC the last few days coz mom has been very busy! I don't understand why blogging to my friends had to take a backseat...my social life should be mom's top priority! Well, I guess I'll let it slide this time, coz mom was helping my sissy! Sissy & her hubby are licenced foster parents, & received a long term placement on Friday...2 very sweet sisters ages 5 & 11. A month ago the girls spent a weekend at sissy's, & were very happy that they were being moved to her house! Their parents are both heroin addicts & have no desire to get clean! Mom & the 5 yr old bonded over pics of me, & she calls her Grammy, just like the other grandkids! The girls came with 3 carloads of stuff, so mom has been going over everyday to help sis get things put away & organized! Mom stayed home all day today, so I had plenty of mommy & me time!
It's a good thing too, coz mom will be gone ALL DAY tomorrow! Sissy is taking mom's 9 yr old grandson & the 11 yr old girl to an amusement park for the school picnic, & mom will be watching the 3 younger kids! Mom will stay home all day Friday to make it up to me! I sure hope that means that I'll also get "sketties"!

How goes it, Buddy. Oh wait, it's probably not goin' as good as you'd like seein' as your Mama's a long, long ways from home. I'm sorry 'bout that but somethin' tells me she's havin' a grand time even though she's missin' you terribly. Bet she's seen lots of things she knows you'd like t'see too. Hang in there — she'll be home soon. I know, not soon enough for your taste, but trust me, it'll happen.

Wanted t'say thanks for stoppin' by the word of encouragement on the game callin' I did back on the 16th. That was real sweet of you t'swing by with that compliment. Did my heart good, especially since that was the first game I've ever announced. I missed out on callin' the last Thursday game 'cause I was needed down on the field. (My team was playin'. Turns out they could've done without me 'cause I made more outs than runs. Bummer.)

Spotlight on Caring -Taz part 7
Sky here with our last blogs with the Proctor flock. I must say I have dearly enjoyed learning all about this well known B.C. flock. SKY; Please continue, Mom Gail; SUZIQ was the next member of the flock. She came from the same bird store as Scooby. We used to visit there fairly often and buy food there as well. Suzi was a sweet bird and used to live with the owner's wife but then after nine months she decided that she did want to sell her so Burt bought her for me to try and ease the pain of losing Xena, I was not ready for a grey and didn’t know if I ever would be. Suzi still is a beautiful and sweet girl who loves her me and only me. Suzi does like to lay eggs a lot. I have had her checked out to make sure her calcium levels were okay and they were, I also make sure that she gets enough calcium in her diet. Ekkies are also very sensitive with regards to their diets. They don't do well with a lot of additives in their food or with pellets; they need a nice fresh food diet. They also have a tendency to toe tapping and wing flapping usually due to an excess of additives in their diet or stress can also be the cause. Suzi did start to toe tap and wing flap years ago and I had to play detective to try and figure out what was causing this as she was not on any pellets or other type of bird food and there didn't seem to be any cause for stress either. After a lot of research I decided my only recourse was to do an elimination diet for her. I took away all food except peas to start with until she quit and if she didn't start up again after a few days I added another vegetable which was carrots...all well there but when I added corn well Suzi started up again, mom took it away and after three days she quit again. The only food to cause an issue was corn so no more corn for her ever. If she gets a little bit of corn cause she gets the wrong bowl the toe tapping and wing flapping come right back. No corn and all is well.
CHLOE is next to join, I was still missing having a grey around the house so Burt looked through the papers and found Chloe in a neighboring state. I talked to Chloe's mom through e-mails and we met them to pick her up and take her home. Chloe has been and is a joy to have around; she decided that she liked her dad best even though she was a Mother's Day present for mom. She is a good talker and has lots of sounds, some that she makes up. She loves to sing.

As soon as Simon saw us he let out a really loud and friendly Hi, and as soon as we walked in we knew he was coming home with us no matter what. He has been a challenge for sure and I got bitten quite a few times in the beginning. He does not like men at all, in the 12 years he has been here that has not changed. He is a momma's boy and he has anger issues but I have figured him out pretty good now so I rarely get bitten unless I cause it by not paying attention. He is a very sweet bird in his own right. He loves being held and loved; I call him my cockatoo in a blue suit. My heart melts when he looks up at me and says "I love you", just like a guy. CHICA flew into our lives when her previous owner decided that he couldn't care for her anymore so he gave her to me. When Chica first came to live her she didn't like to be touched very much. She used to eat absolutely everything in sight until her bowl was empty. She gained quite a few grams now she is starting to enjoy being preened and held. It has taken time and patience so it is so nice to see her enjoying herself. She has learned a lot of new words from Simon and she has the most infectious laugh that it is impossible not to laugh with her.
PEARL was a beautiful little cockatiel. Burt saw her in a pet store, he really needs to stay away from those places, and brought her home. This was shortly after Tweety passed away. She was a sweetie and was sitting on Burt’s shoulder a few days after getting here and laid two eggs, she never laid anymore after that. She was with us for a few years and then got sick, we tried hard to save her but eventually she just couldn't stay with us anymore. It seemed as if she had turned the corner and was doing better but the next morning she was gone. She is buried in our back yard in the flowers. Miss you little girl. NAPOLEON joined us next. In case you didn't guess by now, I love greys. A lady in the bird club wanted to find a home for him and while at the meeting Napoleon and I were bonding so Burt talked to the lady and Napoleon was mine. They brought him over with his cage that evening. Napoleon is a wonderful companion and a wonderful bird. Napoleon is a sweet and loving bird who loves to give me kisses. He is constantly learning new words but won’t talk in front of Burt, when Burt leaves the room he starts talking or if he is with mom he talks…of course he doesn't like Burt or men for that matter. I am now complete...I have my grey...

How are u sweetie? Mom only got a few blogs out yesterday, so she's sending the same blog with some new added to it! Mom got her cortisone injections in both of her shoulders yesterday, which she gets every 3 months. She usually gets some relief almost instantly, but her right shoulder actually feels worse today! Mom also went to her granddaughter's preschool graduation last evening! I had an exciting day today! It was mom's granddaughter Olivia's last day of preschool, & I got to go! Most of Livi's classmates came running up to mom at the graduation last night, very excited that I'm coming to their class today! Mom takes me to the preschool classes there every year, & I love seeing all the kids as much as they love seeing me! The only difficult part of any excursions, is mom getting me back into my carrier!

Mom is doing good today, but her nose is very sore! Mom has been giving me belly kisses for nearly 16 yrs, without incident! It's swollen on the right side & a bit bruised, even tho the damage was done on the inside! Because my nails & toes are so long, most of the damage was 2 inches down in the nasal cavity! The ER Doc said it was a good thing mom had previously had her adenoids removed, coz my nails would have destroyed the right one! Mom has to be rechecked in 2 weeks, or immediately if she starts bleeding again! She had to be cauterized in 4 different places & has to take an antibiotic! Mom said that the scariest part of having my toes stuck up her nose, was that she was very afraid my 2 toes would end up broken...mom was very relieved that my toes are absolutely fine! Mom refers to this incident as "NoseGate 2013"!
Mom doesn't want anyone to think that the ER Nurses & Docs were being discourteous, they were not! They were picturing a tiny pet bird, like a Budgie, not a large Macaw! Mom showed them a pic of me, they weren't expecting me to be so big! When mom said "Be glad I got her loose before I came in"! That's when they started laughing!

How are u sweetie? I didn't do my blogging yesterday, mom & I were involved in a bizarre, freak accident early yesterday afternoon! I was unscathed, but mom wasn't as lucky...she's fine now, but very sore!

When mom is holding me, I like her to kiss my belly! She kissed me on my birdie nose, then I told her KISS BAAALLY! At the same time she raised me up, I lifted my left leg, & somehow, my front 2 toes slipped into mom's right nostril & GOT STUCK! Of course I'm past due for a nail trim & my nails are extra long & very sharp! I was struggling to get my toes free & mom was howling in pain! Thinking it was a game, I quit struggling & started squealing! Mom gently grabbed my foot & turned her head & my toes came out!
My poor mom was gushing blood! She grabbed paper towels to try to control the bleeding, got me to step up onto her cane, squirted my foot, put me in my cage, & took off for the emergency room! To make matters worse, they couldn't help laughing when mom told them how the injury occurred! That was a story that they NEVER heard before! Mom spent 3 hrs at the emergency room & had to have her nostril cauterized! Mom is fine, but her nose is very sore! I don't think that I'll be getting belly kisses anytime soon!

How are u sweetie? Nothing much happened here today, except mom stayed home all day! We had a beautiful day of 78! I spent a lot of time outside today, but didn't get to drive my car, coz I don't really like to be out in the direct sun! Mom swears that I can smell when rain is coming, coz when it got real cloudy & looked like it would rain, I started freaking out & wouldn't let her take me off the porch! I ran up her arm & scrambled onto her back & told her NOOOOO, I hold on to mom's shirt, pant, & gently flap my wings, while on her back...mom calls it my rain dance I wouldn't get off her back & onto her hand until she went back inside! Mom calls Mom told me it was not raining, but I wasn't taking her word about it! I DO NOT like OUTSIDE shower baths!

My daddy's checkup went pretty well, but had to have his meds readjusted, his BP was to high making him dizzy when he stands up! He must go back in three weeks for a quick re-check of things! He was really bummed for having to miss the baseball game, and it looked like good one! Congrats to Screech for joining the 10K Club! Dad has a QCPS bird club meeting this afternoon and evening, poor Arthur is going to get a nails and beak job, and I am taking bets on how much blood will be spilled, LOL! How are u sweetie? Mom must REALLY be guilt-ridden! She's still falling all over herself to take care of my every desire! She held me & played with me until she had to leave for her Drs appt, then got me out of my cage as soon as she returned! Tho, mom was very weepy when she got back. The vet's office had called her, her precious Chloe's ashes were back, mom stopped there to pick her up. Chloe's urn is a beautiful decorator jar. Now mom has her precious Chloe back home forever!

I knew exactly how I would cheer my mom up! First, I gave her some big beakie kisses, told her LOVE U, then proceeded to tell her all about my game! MOM, WE WON OUR 1ST GAME! IT WAS REALLY CLOSE THO! THE GREYS PLAYED THEIR HEARTS OUT, & THEY ARE GOOD FRIENDS, SO AS HAPPY AS I WAS FOR US, I WAS SAD FOR THEM! Mom smiled & gave me a cuddle & some kisses, & said she was very proud of me! Not for winning, but for being a good sport & thinking of my friends' feelings!

The school across the street was having their annual carnival, so mom took me over so I could gawk at all the kids & say HI! I was a regular birdie ambassador! I was on my best behavior! I kept saying HI, did my tricks, let a bunch of kids pet me & gave out a couple kisses to a couple brave souls, but mostly to mom! Mom bought a couple pieces of pizza, so I lost interest in the crowd of people & focused on the food! Mom stuck me on her shoulder so she could carry our pizza, coz mom needs her cane to walk! I was sooooo focused on the food that I was begging on the way back to our house! I'm not sure about u little guys, but when we macaws beg, we drop our heads, flatten our bodies & "gently" flap our wings! The entire walk back, I kept saying MMMMMM in her ear, & each flap I bopped her on the same ear! When we got back into our house, she couldn't hear out of her left ear for a little while! Hehehe, but I had a great time! YES, it's another great day to be me! & yes, the pizza was delicious!

Hello Sam~
I hope you are having a wonderful day. I've got the gardeners here to watch. They are outside my window mowing the lawns! Pretty soon Mandy will be woofing to go out just because she likes to smell the fresh cut grass! Mom takes her for a walk everyday and Mandy has decided she likes to walk down to the Starbucks. Do you suppose it's the scones they sell? I always share my scones with her so maybe she figured she just go down there and get us some! I like the way she thinks!!

Mom already went to the market before I even got up! The store is open 24 hours a day. It's less crowded early in the mornings but mom has to put up with freight on the floor and the floor scrubber being used. Since she works nights at a store, she is use to that stuff.
She got me some pecans so I'm looking forward to my snack! I'll be having apples and pecans today! Yum!

I'll be supervising the chores later on and letting mom know how she should do stuff! We all know our parronts would be lost without us!!

How are u sweetie? Actually, it wasn't too bad being stuck in my cage, still covered & in the dark til 2:30 yesterday. Before bedtime Tuesday night, mom hung in my cage, the last one of Uncle Chuck's world-famous toys! The one that had my name spelled out...TIAMARIA! Mom is going to post a pic of what's left of my toy in my gallery! I worked it over good! So at least I had something fun to do during my unscheduled confinement period! Thanks again sweet Uncle Chuck, my toys were awesome & I thoroughly enjoyed them!

I am thoroughly enjoying mom's guilt trip! She can't do enough for me today! She's waiting on me beak & foot...even more than usual & doing & playing everything that I want to do! She even said I was having sketties & mandarin oranges for dinner! The few hours of solitary confinement was definitely worth it...considering the VIP treatment I'm receiving today! Plus, SHE hasn't left MY side all day! It was an EXCELLENT day to be me! Can't wait til the NEXT time mom screws up! Hehehe!

We've been having lovely weather here...84 yesterday, 80 today, mid 70s-80 for the next week! 40% chance of thunder BOOMS Wednesday, & 50% Thursday!
