Hello from Pipper!
Just flying by to say hi and wish you well. I turned 3 on the 15th. Mommy and Daddy gave me special treats and I got my favorite toy back. They had given it to my sister but it's MINE! Now I have it back and I am happy. I think they are working on a new toy but *shhhhh* I don't want to ruin the suprise. Well, gotta go for now. Hello Morgan!
Thanks for stopping in and visiting with me. Your Mom is right, sun conures usually are very loud. With us conures, usually the brighter our colors...the lounder the bird! I am supposed to be one of the quieter ones, but Mom says my squawks are ear piercing. However, she does like my talking (we can talk,too) and I also make some cool "happy bird noises, too." We are also very friendly and love being with our human flock. I hope that you have lots of fun with your new flockmate! Do you have a name picked out for him yet? My Mom likes the name "Griffin". A "griffin" is one of those stone bird type statues that graces the tops of older buildings (like at the philadelphia art museum). Good luck with your new friend!

Yes we sure do look alike!! I was hatched in Fla but will be 3 in August. What brand of food do you eat? What others stuff do you eat? I do have tail feathers hihihi but plucked some of my neck feathers this winter when I had a bacterial infection and afterwards plucked too. Mom has been changing food things on me and seems things are getting better again. Mom sure is hoping so anyway! The vet said sometimes bad habits are hard to break though. I like to hang upside down on the porch part of my cage too. Do you talk much and if so what do you say? I say hello, tickle tickle and laugh then, by by, I love you, I'm sorry, give me a kiss (make a smacking sound then), I'm a good boy, my name is Gus and others I probably forgot hihihi. How did you get your name? I got mine cause I was born in AuGUSt. Yes I have a girlfriend Padme that lives in Calif with the star wars gang but she isnt on here much any more. She is a female ekkie and very pretty too. Mom went down the hall to do something so I went to find her. I don’t know how she knows I am coming after her all the time though. Gus is a male ekkie just like you and he is a year old too and originally hatched in Fla. You can see his baby pictures on his page too. We are glad you joined BC and hope you will be our friend.
