I see you have not been active for a long time on BC. I hope nothing is wrong. We would love to have you join our mixed Poicephalus ball team. It's easy to play. You and your parront have to chose 15 numbers (no zeros and no number greater than 12). Here is a sample: 2,5,7,9,6; 1,10,8,6,5; 8,4,2,1,12. You send me the numbers and I send them to Norman (43401 -- this is the number that shows in the URL bar when you blog someone). The number are used to determine how a game turns out. Who gets hits, who gets out, and eventually who wins. Norman and his parront do the play by play. Also, one time, once we get the whole team, you need to get your cap (we have to decide on a color first) at www.pikipimp.com. If your parront has trouble with this, my mom can do it. Hi Again!
I am very thankful that there are people out there that rescue us birds. I only wish there were ways to rescue more. I have two big dogs in the house so mom can't get me another buddy right now. it's just too much cause Imus (the stupid dog) doesnt know what to think of me. Josie(the good dog) she doens't even notice i'm here. My mom puts toys in my cage as well but i just walk around them. My last owner didn't give me any so i dont know how to play. My nails were really long and it took me 3 months before i would even step on my new perch that helps file them. Now i don't like to get off it. makes my feet feel nice. I've only been with my mom since the very end of september, so i'm still getting used to new wonderful things. i protest the spray bottle at first but hten ma tells me how pretty i am afterwords so i am starting to like it.Come visit me, Chester.

Welcome to the birdchannel! You're very cute! I'm in the Senegal family too. I'm a Meyer's parrot and I'm also a rescue. Actually my brother Buddy is a rescue too. He's a Moluccan cockatoo.
