Sergio here! Thanks so much for visiting. That birdie with me is Edla and he is a peach-faced lovebird. He's pretty cool but his girlfriend, Teacake, is a nut. She's a foot-biter and many of us (but not me yet) have lost a few toes to her nasty beak!! I'm too quick and too clever! I really love it here even though I've only been with this flock a short while. I fit in perfectly and have a great time. Life is good! We will think about budgie names to try and help you out if you get new flock members, but sometimes you actually have to meet a birdie before you can get the right name for him! Cheers! Hi there Zazu!
How have you been, Mr. Blueness!! I think you'd have lots of fun in our flock. There are 4 budgies here and we get to stay out and fly around in our bird room all day. Mom keeps the naughty Senegal parrots and Sonny the gestapo sun conure in their cages when she is at work, so we get the branch by the window to ourselves (mostly). We have to watch feets because Teacake the lovebird will chomp if we are on her cage, but other than that it's a nice life. Looks to me like you're an only budgie. . .and friendly too. All of us FLorida budgies here would prefer NOT to be handled, although I will step up to go into my cage at night. Then mom takes advantage and gives me a squeeze and a kiss. Hope you're doing very well. Drop by and give me a budgie kiss real soon. ZAZU BEAUTIFUL IRN BBFF
VOTE4U, Hi Honey, Thanks for helping make Libby win BOTW. She is very happy and actually being nicer to me. She has been coming into the family room for dinner time and in the bedroom for playtime with me. We are finally beginning to be able to be a whole family of four. (I don't count my 2 droolie sibs cause we can't be out if they are in the room) Mommy even said since it's suppose to be warm this weekend, Libby can get her first shower. Wow, I hope she will love it BUT then I'll have to share my shower perch with her. I guess that's what big brothers do, actually she's bigger than me, he, he,he. Mom has to figure out how to make her a crown since she saw PICO's. She sure is girly, she asked the Vet if she got red nail polish with her manicure last weekend. No me I asked the Vet to "Let me out!" He put me in a stove pot with a lid, he said to weigh me but Libby thought it was lunch time! Thank goodness it had holes in it so I could keep an eye on her. I don't trust her too much yet! Hope you have a great week!
