Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. Thank you for your visit. As I was telling Sunny, Mom posted the photo of my new girlfriend in the wrong place so it looked like I was the white faced pearl, but instead I am a normal pearl who now looks like a normal grey cause I am mature now. I was in love with Harriett but she passed away from cancer last summer. I have been singing the blues so Mom adopted Pearl from the animal shelter. She is a little girl - shy and very feminine. I let her go to the feedbowl first and preen her (every since Valentine's day!). We got a bigger cage this week - a flight cage!- and things are going well for us. Originally Mom wanted to partner me with our Sunny but it turns out he is a she. So Sunny is now living with Max and Romeo's daughter Zoe. They got our old place and are getting used to each other. Sunny is much more assertive than I and already asked Zoe for a preen. Of course he is molting so he really needs help. That was a long story....whew.
You have great coloring and it sounds lik your new house is great. What a nice family you have. And it's nice to have great company in the cage. We are getting sun in the window now so there is lots of singing in our home. All the best for a great weekend!

I just saw your page, and thought I would say Hi. My own tiel named Marvin looked just like you. He passed away on January 12, this year. He used to love to show his wings alot too. He was a sweet bird, and we miss him a lot.Tina, Leavenworth, KS.
