Well, you must be as hormonal as I am. I have become protective of my cage, and I have developed a "special relationship" with my perch. I'm sure glad I don't have to sit on eggs all the time, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do in the springtime. Your Mom will get over it. I guess egg sitting is your primary vocation these days! Punkin here. Glad to hear you're off the eggs now. Mina is still sitting on hers. She seems really weak, that must because she decided to lay them on the bottom of the cage out of the soft paper mom put in the bottom. She eats enough tho. Mom says she wants to give her more calcium. You've been on your eggs all this time? That sounds boring! I guess your Mom had to let you do it, though. Mom says that has to be handled in a certain way. It's great to hear from you again, my friend. I'm glad to hear you're happy to rejoin the world and sing and have some more fun again! Nothing much new to report here. Gramma is recovering well from her stroke. The dog is on the mend from bronchitis. And Mom taught me a new game where I have to pull a piece of paper napkin off of a treat. Oh, you've been sitting on your eggs. What's the deal with you girl birdies and your eggs? I guess I'd understand if I had a girlfriend. . . but Mom says if she does get me a buddy it will have to be a boy. POOH, I want a girl tiel to serenade and cuddle with. But Mom is good for all that too. Today I "attacked" Mom's feet again. Heehee, I am the foot hunter, the foot's worst nightmare. I tickle Mom's feet when I play with them. Punkin here. HAHAHA Yeah, Mina is the main chewer here. Kiwi isn't bad. He's only had two tents...he likes to ...um, "LOVE" on his. hehehe Dandy doesn't use his snuggle at all, but mom leaves it in there for him. Sly has his 'temper' toy and his favs, but isn't really chewer either. He likes boxes!!
We're so small we CAN'T do much damage. hehe Glad you get lots of good toys tho.

Sitting on eggs
Today I surprised mom with another egg. That's 3 so far. I made a nest under the paper on the bottom of my cage. Mom can't see me there. She wants me to come out and play but she knows I have to sit here and keep my eggs warm. Yes, I know they won't hatch. But it's the thought that counts. :-)Come visit me, Einstein.

I'm so happy you added me to your aviary! Isn't my avatar hilarious? Mom put the wrong head on me, one of my wings is upside down, and I look like I'm drunk or about to fall over. Mom's been meaning to fix it, but she hasn't gotten around to it yet. about the song- Mom doesn't know who wrote it, but the lyrics are "You are the woman that I've always dreamed of, I knew it from the start. I saw your face and that's the last I've seen of my heart". Mom likes that song a lot too. She sings her modified version to me and the dog! Mom's a big music lover. She said to tell you congratulations, because you're the first person to recognize it! I'd like to put you in my aviary too. How do you do that? Mom doesn't remember seeing instructions anywhere.
