 Mike said Nancy was allowed one more bird so she did lots of research and had narrowed it down to a few types(not cockatoo) but then the family came in and met me within 10 minutes they knew I was going home with them!. |

Sophie here. hahaha yeah, mom swears I chatter in my sleep. Well she should just hear herself!! At least I'm quiet. OOPS! Don't you dare tell her that. Oh mom KNEW she wanted another Goffins. But I'm even BETTER than she expected. I really am quieter than a lot of others AND I'm the color of a M2. She was talking with a lady who has 40 parrots! and that lady said that the big thing now is to breed goffins with M2, sulphers, umbrellas and whatever because people want the colors but the smaller sizes. Can you believe it? Not only that but I'm about the size of a bare eyed.
I do have one question...WHAT did your parronts think they wanted? Mom knows that one look at us and people are lost. They HAVE to have us. hehehee You did very well too. Chatters....I mean, Sophie here. Dad changed my name today. Yeah, here one whole day and I have a new name. I actually like the name too. I love the flock. Sly is so nice to me and Reggie is funny. Kiwi is bossy and Gene and the finches stay away from me. Punkin says I might hurt them right now and I have chased Gene off dad already. Mom says I have much to learn.
You are quite a handsome guy. HEY! looks like you have a cage just like mine! I'm sure looking forward to meeting everybird here. Sly says they have lots of 'too friends. Ted here, you and I sound alot alike when it comes to toys and their destuction. Sometimes I take the pieces down to the back corner of my cage and try to build something else, thats why Mom calls me Mcgyver. I will take shredded rope and try to attach things to it ,or I weave the rope in and out of the bars of my cage for fun. Do you speak human? I say "hi Ted, hello, watcha doin',and sexy bird"! Ted here, yup beak of steel it is. Mom doesn't even want to figuire out how much she spends on the toys I trash in hours or days.I love to tear up wood and shred ropes especially. Kiwi here. Welcome to BC and here's a vote for you. Mom and dad had a goffins and had to give Roxy up. They got me in trade. hahaha I joke because they had to move to Ca. and we quakers aren't allowed there. So I grabbed dad when he came to say good bye to Roxy. That was almost 5 yrs ago. hahaha.
