Hi Luigi Punkin here. Oh man, you haven't visited since Dandy left have you? Well let me bring you up on things okay. Dandy is now a therapy bird at an alzheimers home. As are a few of the other flock mates we had. Birds calm down the patients. Isn't that wonderful? Anyway, we had to move from the great house we had and they said we couldn't keep the whole flock so mom cried a lot and took some over to the Arbors and they are very happy. In fact, 5 of us Orange Weaver finches went there. Back to the update.. Well, we get all moved over here and contracts signed and all and found that they really don't care if mom is in the foster program or how many cages she has, it was just for the contract. RIGHT! Well, anyway, We have picked up a couple of new ones. Did you meet Aspara Gene? He's a tiel. real sweet. Then there's our fosterling, Reggie. He's a grey that is skin and bones still but doing wonderfully. Mom really doesn't want to give him up and I bet she asks dad if she can keep him longer. hehehehe Dad likes him too. And there's Sophie.She's a Goffins cockatoo. She just joined us. Mom got her as an anniversary gift for dad. Well, when one comes up for adoption you take it right? They don't have their anniversary until next month. hehehehe Anyhow, that's about it. Oh, yeah, mom got a couple of society finches too in hopes they will be able to foster any eggs we weavers lay. Guess that's it. Hi Luigi Welcome to the BC. So glad you were able to make your companion happy. You have a smart parent. Our 1st bird was a lovebird who appeared at our bird feeder when we lived in Charlotte. My wife caught him with a net and he was how we became interested in having a bird. Unfortunately he died as did our Quaker, so now I am the Queeen of the family. Here is my vote for you.
