Dandy here. That would have been so scary!! My mom would have dived on in. She's so used to being bit. Mina does it all the time. Mom would have been nice, but probably wouldn't have been as nervous as your mom.
I flew into a garage a couple of years ago and that's how my last home got me. They did give me a big enough cage, but with the cat, the roudy boys and the dogs that jumped up on my cage. Now THAT was scary for two years. Then when mom got me that was great. I still nip her, but now I'm starting breeding season. And I've only been here for about 5 months. How long have you been in your great home?
