Hi! I have a Timneh named Pepper to! He is almost one year now.. we have so much fun! When my Pepper started talking, it sounded (and still sometimes sounds) a little garbled, not everyone can understand him. Did you find the same thing? Hi Pepper! Wow, you are smart and beautiful....that is how all women birdies and women people should be. he he he! Can you tell my mom is my favorite person? What can I say, she is the greatest....just like your daddy seems to be? I almost fainted when I read you spend time with your daddy and you like to play in the water. I growl at my daddy and bite him. I hate the shower. Mom even started taking me with her into the shower. She sure looks like she is having fun and I like to talk to her in the shower but please do not put me in that water. YUCK! You must be brave, too. I could never play in the water like that. I say "hello" but only when I want to. I do garble other words but nothing that mom can figure out yet. I am only 5 months. Well it was nice meeting you. I must go visit my girlfriend, Knuckles. The Talented Pepper I think that's amazing. I live alone but spend a lot of time with Toby and also talking to him. I also don't have any other pets at home. Toby goes to work and back home with me every day. You just might be a very lucky person and picked a very smart Timneh. Any advise you could give me would be great. Thanks for responding, Take care. Pepper Is it true you started talking at 4 months? Toby is almost 43 weeks old that's almost 10 months old. Not a word as of yet just a lot of wolf whistles and he tries to sing with the radio or CD's. Can you give me any advise. I don't whistle at Toby but he picked it up at work. Hello again! Wow, Pepper! You started talking at FOUR MONTHS!!?? My mom read several things that said that we don't usually start talking until we're about a year old! I'm about 7 months old right now. You're an early talker! Good for you!! Any tips on how I can get an early start? My mom and dad talk to me all the time and repeat things. I know what most of the stuff they say means, but I've just never said it myself! You're my hero, Pepper!!! Have a nice day! By the way....I don't know where you live, but it's COLD here in Iowa!
