I am lost
Hi, I am lost. I was startled by a low flying airplane that was landing (I live by the North Las Vegas Airport) and I took off flying on a windy Saturday afternoon and am not able to find my owner. My wings were clipped 2 months ago and not all of the feathers grew back yet. It has been a couple weeks now. If you find me, please let my owner know. I had a great time yesterday with dad's parents. I solicited all of Poppa's attention and made him give me scritches and made him laugh non-stop. Nana isn't very nice, though. She hates all animals. Our cat Milo spent the day driving Nana crazy by trying to jump in her lap! Finally the cat did something useful! Hahaha! We're not having any company today but some of mom's frinds are coming from tomorrow until Tuesday. I hope they're like Poppa! Have a great weekend! Christina, Brampton, Ont., AE.

Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. hey thanks for the vote.....yes las vegas has great weather, thank godness I will be indoors in a couple mths when it gets really hot. I'm a green cheeked amazon. Welcome to the channel. You sound like a very nice bird. I like pumpkin seeds also but right now almonds are my favorite treat. I will start screaming if my mom doesn't give me one in the morning when she comes and uncovers me. I liked being covered at night cause then i know it's sleepy time. try leaving me uncovered and i just scream cause i hate being alone. My mom rescued me from another lady, and she didnt take good care of me. My new mom is wonderful though. She spends all day with me! It was nice to meet you. come by and see me sometime.
