 A friend got a call because she has birds, wanting to know if she wanted another. Skip's owner was not well and they needed to find her a home. She was being neglected because of her owners illness. My friend knew I was looking for a bird so called me. This was in October 2008. Skippy is my baby and the Queen of the house now.. |

Hey! I'm kinda slow getting around to say hey to peeps. I do apologize. Mom won't let us on the laptop unless she's there to supervise, and there's a *shudders with disgust* CAT in Dad's office chair all the time, so we can't use the desktop.

hi, your a pretty amazon. i have a blue fronted amazon, Chainsaw. i got him from someone who didn't want him anymore because he is mean. I have had him for about 6 years, and i have gained some of his trust. he lets me scratch his neck and i can take him out of his cage every once in a while. well here's a vote. Thanks so much for the ideas, I am not trying to push Rocco, but am having a real hard time reading him he acts as if he wants to be held by me and he is not scared of me he just attacks me. I have an idea that he was a breeder bird and has never been bonded to any one I have tried to make contact with past owner she has not responded to my call so far. My mom says We know it is going to take a while.Well today mom opened my cage door and let me out of the cage for a while well she walked past I flew on top of her head and sat there but when she tried to get me off I bit her on the arm. Thanks for letting me know what type of Amazon Skippy is....... Yeah Grey's are so much fun!! I like the Timnehs better then the Congos not only because I have a Timneh but because they talk more in public and I think they are prettier !!! I also like the Congo's just the Timneh's to me are sweeter~ Which ever you choose if you do get one in the future they are bolth very beautiful and they bolth talk a lot!!!!!Come visit me, Mr. Grace & Daisy~.
