Dandy here. Sly knows more about that kind of treatment more than me. Because mom and dad were taking care of her father. He got so mean they had to move because he was being mean to MOM!! That's been a couple of years ago. I'm glad I wasn't there then. Sly and Kiwi say it was bad sometimes. But we're ALL happy now. Oh and get this with my old home. they said I was loud but wanted to get a BIG parrot, a too to macaw. Mom told them NO they didn't want that because they ARE loud. Some people just never think.
I'm so happy you weren't hurt at all. that is so scary thinking about it.
So do you birds have your own room like we do? Mom is so glad we do too. That way we can be put away early and not bother her computer play or tv. hehehe

Dandy here. Welcome to BC and here's your first vote too. This is cool. Mom just happens to be on. WHEEEEEE. Man you sure lucked out by getting your now mom. Yeah some people are so stupid and cruel. We got Mina because she was in about the same way only we know her person wouldn't have really hurt her. Mom had told her she'd take her any time she wanted to give her over. Well, Mina attacked one of the daughters and mom got the call. Mina still bites mom because she'd rather have a male handler, but mom still loves her. And they wanted to get rid of me because I was so noisy. Mom laughed at them and said they didn't know what noise was! After all Sly and Kiwi can really get going.
