 I had lost a blue-fronted amazon to a tragic accident. I was quite distraught. I telephoned a neighborhood bird store and told the owner about the accident. The owner of the bird store found an orange-winged amazon and practically gave me the bird. I am very greatful of the kind heart this bird store owner has.. |

If that report from Waddles to BabyGirl is correct, it is the best late Christmas present any of us Amazons and all the great birdys that came to your page to show you support, could have ask for! Even if we never meet and become close friends, you will forever be a part of my life, if for no other reason, how BabyGirl presented her friend that was having a severe medical problem to the rest of us, she is very possibly the kindest and sweetest lady bird on the BC, I place her in the sacred company of Maxie, Kelly, and CoCo, and I hold her thoughts and opinions in high regard! Oh My Sweet Girl!!
Your a sight for sore eyes!! I am so sorry you had to go through the scare of your Papa
being sick all alone.I wish I had know I would have tried to fly out and take care of you while your Papa was in the hospital. I missed you my sweet girl. There have been lots of changes here. We are moving soon. We have also lost a family member. My sister Buddy, the Sun Conure passsed on to the Rainbow Bridge a week ago Sunday. I have so much to tell you but Mom needs to get some sleep. You made me a very happy Birdy Boy!!

My Dear Friend
Waddles here. So sorry I have been so busy and have not written to you and Weebes feels just horrible too. Hope your all ok and your Dad is not working too hard. Just wanted to let yu know. Oh My Sweet Girl
I have been so worried. I have been praying with Mom that we would hear from you. Please do not take any chances with that water. Mom says if you have to leave your home your welcome here anytime. I know how busy dad has been because mom has been very busy too. I am just thankful you are ok. Please tell Dad to write to mom's email if he gets the chance so we can give you our number in case of an emergency.
I hope you stopped by Babygirl's page because she has been just as worried. How is the rest of the flock? Mom and Dad are just getting over being sick too. Now Mom had 4 baby love birds she is hand feeding for her friend who is sick. She will wean them and then sell them for her. They sure are cute. Well, mom just served breakfast and you know how I love to eat..lol Please take care. I missed you so. Oh by the way can you go to a party with me tom orrow? I know it's short notice but Willi's Hatch Day is tomorrow and we have been invited to Florida. We could use some sunshine. You missed Echo's party. I was so lonely there but the girls, Waddles and Babygirl at least danced with me. It felt funny dancing with my sister but hey it's dancing ...lol

Your Weebes here. Sorry I didn't get back to you. Mom has been so busy. I wanted to write today though because over the next few days she will be even more busy than before. Slate and Mica here, we are expecting to have freezing rain overnight. It is getting colder as Mom types. We have had fun today chatting on BC and listening to music with Mom. It was hillarious watching Fortune dance and try to sing(oh my) He only knows one song and he tries to sing it to every song on the radio. We cheeched our little hearts out. COL.
