Goodness, I see your mom is as busy as mine. They sure dont' get on line much do they. I miss visiting with all my friends but summers are impossible for us. How ya doin friend? I am so excited about the tree that I really pushed mom to check out really pretty pots to plant it in. But mom is dithering on the size. She thinks if she starts it in a smaller pot, it will be able to get roots and get established first. Then when it starts putting out shoots and branches, she can transplant to another pot. Last Friday she saw some really pretty pottery pots, but couldn't decide on the size. Then today she saw some wonderful tea cup pottery pots of sevral sizes. Now Mom wants to know an approximate size so she can have the pot all ready when the plant arrives. Ohhhh I can't wait.

My bestest buddy! How've you been? I'm sorry I haven't been on BC much lately- mom's been very busy at work and we've had company from out of town at the house most of the month. This weekend our grandparents are driving up from Miami for a visit and I'm really excited! Grandma always brings us fresh tropical fruits to share with her, even when I bite her! Boy have I got her trained! Ha ha!

Hello Apollo, my friend
Whew, it has really been busy around here. Good thing I get to cuddle and sleep with Mom all night or I don't think I would have gotten any cuddles. Spring is really springing and Mom and Dad's Camp host for the RV Park quit - so guess who has to add yard work to an already busy schedule? Poor Mom - she had to spread gravel one day, and was sore for many days, then it was weed eater time and that really did it. Couldn't move her left arm for a week. Same with Dad on the Gravel. What is it about the left arm? Guess the muscles aren't use to all that exercise. Left handed people would probably have a sore right arm - go figure!
Mom hasn't received an email from your mom yet. Wonder if you the email address is correct. codykid@frontier.com. Mom said she needs to get me my own email addy just to keep my business and hers separate-giggle. But we are so excited to get a start for a tree. If we ever get to move back to Texas it will really do well. Summers here can be really warm so we will have to be sure it is in a shady area, unless it really needs lots of sun.
Oh how Mom wishes she could have joined all the moms at the show. Squeaky's mom told me about the supper and then the show. She mentioned that she met your mom, and Peatree's little mom, and others. It must have been very interesting to meet all the mom's. Maybe next year Mom and Dad will have a small camper RV like they use to and we could just take a nice vacation and drive to Florida. Mom's daughter lives in Miami so we could have an extra excuse to go. But my mom doesn't fly anymore - she get's really sick and anxious. She would really have to be medicated to make the trip. She should have her own wings, like me. tee hee
Regarding the green pans - I wonder if I went into the community part of BC and posted the question if some one would know. Have to try that. But now have to find the names of the pans again - we don't remember things very long.
We are having wonderful weather here and loving it. Sun, then cloudy with rain showers, then sun. Temps low at night (40's) and comfy during the day (60's - 70's) Although 2 weeks ago in mid April we had an 89 degree day, unbelievable. Now it is back to normal for this area.
Well, hope to hear from your mom soon - I drool every time I see a picture of you in the tree. Will it be a cutting from your tree as we don't want you to spend any money and hope postage isn't too bad, but we will replace that.
Well, we better scoot cause I want to say hi to a couple of other birdie friends before mom starts nodding off.

So sorry to hear about your grandma...i know how it is, my grandpa has been in and out of the hospital for 3 months now and mommy is stressed beyond belief...i am getting stressed just thinking about it..he is better now but still in the hospital..hope you are doing ok..hope to see u soon..fly by again..

Pass that bowl of cheese curls ! Sounds like mom had a really good time at the party last weekend . . . also sounds like it was just what she needed ! Mom lost both her parents before she was 30 and it's still like yesterday . . .
So, back in the beginning of the month, we had this really warm nice weather and one day mom came home with these flats of baby flowers for the planters on the back deck. Then it got cold and they didn't get planted - only they keep growing ! And they're in my room ! Think LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS ! ! I hope this weekend is nice enough to get them outside !

I'm glad your mom has such a blast at the CBL gathering! It sounds like it was so much fun. The Cuddler went to the Orlando show last October and loved it. She's planning on going again this fall when she goes down there on vacation.

I understand about life interrupting our BC time. Sure has invaded mine. We are so sorry to hear about your Mom's mom. I understand how that goes. Mom lost her sister in Dec 11 - and it really thru her for a loop. She still has some bad times but it is getting better.
Yes, mom said she is definitely ready for the Plumera anytime you wish to send. We are really excited about it.
Hey, some of my other friends Mom's were in Orlando for the big show and gathering. Did your mom get to see Squeaky's mom, and Chyna's, and Squakie's and I can't remember them all. Mom has really been grumpy cause she couldn't go. But we are so interested in knowing what your mom saw, if she learned any new newsy things, especially about these new type of non-stick pans (OrGreenic and Diamond Blue). We use only Stainless Steel and Cast Iron but boy mom wants a really good non-stick frying pan. However, she won't get anything until she knows it's safe.
Well, Mom says I gotta go, take care and hope to hear from you soon.

I wanted to fly by and tell you how excited I was to meet your mommy this weekend! Mischa and I went to the crazy bird people gathering and we got to meet her and she is so nice! :) It's too bad you couldn't sneak into her suitcase and come along- we would've had a blast! There was a big bowl of chips perfect for swimming in but mom didn't let me even dip a toe in it. I'm sure she couldn't stop the both of us though!

Wheee, mom got a new computer and it isn't totally set up yet but I can get some computer time now. I notice that you haven't been on BC in quite some time and your emails are returned - so I am hoping you will get this email.
I know your family has had some very difficult and busy times this winter but I am praying that all is beginning to smooth out.
An yep - I would love the Plumeria, anytime you are ready - but not to worry if time doesn't allow.
Oh yeah - I want to start a question that maybe someone will know the answer. Mom has checked the web but no definitive answer. They are advertising a new type of non-stick cookware called OrGREENiC and YoshiBlue. They say it is non-toxic, but for hoomans - nothing about fids. Wonder if anybody has any input on that???

Whew, I'm back on line for awhile. Mom's puter is still crazy and she has been told it won't hold out much longer. She has been saving for a new one like crazy and hoping next month is D month.
Also, here is mom's email to contact her for address and everything as I told her that I am very anxious to get that Plumera tree and start it growing. She said she can plant it in a pot in the house, then when it warms up set it outside for awhile.

We know grief takes quite a journey. How are y'all doing?
We have been having almost summerish weather. Record breaking temperatures all week. Finally a bit of a cool down, but still warmer than normal. Trees are blooming, plants are growing--at least a month early. Mom is going to have to mow the lawn soon, and we've heard other mowing already. (Usually April is the earliest, and later in the month) I'm riding Assault after his run on the track to cool him down. I get to be in the Derby Milonga--its so eggciting!

bet you thought I dropped off the face of the earth. Well, it has felt like it since my computer won't let me stay on BC for more than a minute or so. Mom has been doing all kinds of maintenance on it - but it takes moods~@!!
How have you been doing and what's been happening in your world? Has your weather been good? Goodness but it has been cold here so I do lots of snuggling, plus I have my nest box. Since I'm a guy and don't lay eggs, it makes it nice - I can sleep anytime I wish.
