I hope your day is going great! Long time no squawk!
I hope all is well with your mom and the flock and especially you!
I've got rain, thunder and lightening! It's been this way since last night and even tho it's raining pretty good out there, the gardeners are still here working! I don't know how they are going to get all the grass cut with it being all soggy!
Mom and the kids went to see Dark Knight Rises last night at midnight. Mom liked it but said it was her least favorite of the 3 movies. Brother said it was the first Batman movie where he actually liked Catwoman!
When they got home they saw the news about the tragedy in Colorado and it ruined the experience for them. None of it makes sense at all and we all said a prayer for the families who are having to deal with the loss today.
I am going to help with chores today, or at least supervise them! I don't think there will be any kid's in the pool to yell at unless the rain and lightening stop! Bummer!!!!!

A Newsletter from Sugar~~
I hope your day is going just great! It's very pretty here and they are getting ready to open the pool in the complex. It's only 58 and the wind is blowing like crazy so I don't think anyone is going to go swimming today but it looks really pretty.
Dad went to pick up some fancy machine he got to record music on the computer so I know I have to get a note out quickly because when he gets back, I'll have to share my computer with him!
Today is a special day at my house! It is the anniversary of the day Mandy, George, Gracie and I came to live with mom! It seems like we have been here forever! I've known mom most of my life but up until 4 years ago I only stayed with her for a week or two at a time. Now I get to live here all the time and have her see to my every whim! It has worked out great and I can honestly say that Mandy, the turtles and I are very happy. Every animal should own a human like mom!LOL
Enjoy the day and I hope everybird and their families have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!!

I hope your day is going well. I've had a busy day so far helping around the house. Mom decided to move the glassware to another cabinet. She had them over the dishwasher and it was just too difficult to get everything put away so she switched them. Don't know why she didn't think about this a long time ago! I supervised!
Mom went to the market yesterday so we are just going to spend today getting everything cleaned up. She found some very small cranberry orange scones at the market and they are just the right size for me!!! I really love them.
Hope mom and the flock are all doing great! Please give them my love!

I firstly want to say that mom has made the decision on cutting back 1 channel and just blogging on 2 channels. She has picked HC and this wonderful channel. I hope your day is going well. I'm sorry I did not get by yesterday. I didn't feel like talking much and I was at a loss as to what to say.
Yesterday was a very hard day because we lost another friend, Little Peep. With Mozart and Sweetheart having flown to the Bridge recently I was a very sad zon.
I got to thinking about my friends and I realized that they were all rescued by their families. Aunt Jill found Peep in a bush outside her home. Mozart was lucky enough to end up at the Iowa Parrot Rescue after being abused. That is where Aunt Denise found him. Sweetheart was a wild caught bird who was left in a garage because of her screaming. She found my Aunt Theresa and had a wonderful life after that. They all would have flown to the Rainbow Bridge much sooner if not for these wonderful people.
Instead they got homes where they were loved and taken care of. They ended up on the BC where we all fell in love with them and were lucky to have them as friends.
Saying goodbye is never easy but I would like to think that we can celebrate their lives and be happy that they all knew what love was. Someday they will be reunited with these wonderful people who loved them so very much.
I will always miss them but I know that time will heal my heart and they will remain in my thoughts and prayers always.
I hope you enjoy your day and I hope I didn't make you sad!

Hope you all are doing okay, we are praying for you and your parronts too.
I’ve been on a Roudibush rice diet and that’s no fun at all. The only other stuff I can eat which I don’t like is the Zupreme veggie puffs. :(
I throw them in the water, mom doesn’t like when I do that but what’s a girl to do?
The vet called tonight and said that I have trichomonas and that mom has to pick up my new meds tomorrow.
I think I’m taking like 4 or 5 new meds, but the good thing is the other meds helped me not squawk so much which is a plus cause it was making me feel better.
I still have a runny nare and that’s probably the trichomonas and maybe that’s why I’m not doing so good.
Yes I do like this new vet, he has more perspectives for me than the others.
Thank you for keeping me in your prayers. We will keep praying for your good momma too, she is a very special lady. You know what they say about momma birds, they stick together no matter what.
I hear a lot of bird mom’s are going to this bird fair, my mom wishes she could go too and meet everyones mom. Maybe next time. Ah such is life as she says. Hope your mom has a good time and brings you lots of toys and treats.
Think of me when you get to eat seed treats now. :)

I hope you are enjoying the day. I've had my breakfast and now mom is going to get some notes done for me. It is going to seem like Saturday to us since mom has to work tonight. Mandy and I are going to be really confused since she'll be working 6 days straight.
They are fixing the carport downstairs. It seems that when our neighbors moved out a few weeks ago, they hit it with the truck. Mom had to move the car yesterday so they could rope off the area for the repair guys. It's not too noisy but I think Mandy got scared because she's gone off to the bedroom. The gardeners are here too so I guess it just got to be too much noise for her. She is such a wuss!hehehehehehe
We are boiling eggs today so that mom and I can color them when she gets home tomorrow morning! I love coloring eggs!

Hi! Here is a vote for you. Long story, please don't even ask. All I, or we, have to say is sorry; its been hectic over here. We have had many people in this house hold that have been really sick, and mom has been getting caught up with school since we were on last, because of sickness and activities. We are back now, and hope to be. How have YOU been? Really hoping it has been well. Would love to hear about what you have been up too, Em and I have missed you since the last time we have been on. How has the weather been? It snowed here on this week, but it didn't look like it would stick because it was also raining...until THURSDAY! No rain, just white things that covered the ground so beautifully! But, it is all gone today. It was sunny today, so that was nice to finally get some sunlight into my cage. Loving spring, at least I think this is spring weather...I hope that you had a very nice nice day. We both have missed you so much, hope to get more pictures and a video up very soon, mom's camera is broken, so she is using her daddy's camera. Anyways, have a nice night!! I hope your day is going great! I'm not doing much but I'm still having fun! I'm in the play cage snacking on some apples and almonds. Mom's got corn beef in the crockpot. I don't really care about that, but she did get some Irish Soda bread so I'll be trying that later! She's got to work tomorrow night so she's making it today. Tomorrow we will be doing some more cooking.
I'm going to supervise the cleaning of the pantry in a little while. It starts out all organizes but by the time the family has been in there for a week or so, we have to clean it up again. Mom hates having to dig thru it to find something. I'll get to see what kinds of snacks are in there so I don't mind helping! She bought some whole wheat goldfish and she let me have one of them! They are very yummy!
