Hi Alex! I see that you had your picture taken with a penguin. Did you go to Antarctica or was your friend at the zoo. And it looks like your friend Lucky rides dogs. You guys have very exciting lives! I just share my life with two humans, three ancient dogs and a very bizarre cat. Come over and see me sometime!

Dandy here. Hey, you could always come over my way because I'm an only tiel. hehehe I don't have anyone to preen with but I have my mirrors. Mom does her best to get me to get close to her, but I'm still a bit stand offish. She accepts pretty good my wants and gives me what I truly need and never gives up hoping I'll go to her easily.
Alex's mom, Kelly, Dandy's mom Char, Sly loves the smaller birds. He lets them boss him around. Kiwi and Mina take advantage terribly. Sly likes it when Dandy goes and visits. He also loves the finches to fly to his cage. One even snuggles with him. Wish I had a camera when I see it, but.... Anyway, no matter what if you introduce them and hold two at a time...grey and tiel....They will learn to accept each other and probably become good friends.
It amazes me with Sly since I've had him only 5 years. He grew up with 2 cockatoos. But when I hand raised a sparrow he would call her and she'd fly to him and eat with him. He just likes small birds.
