Clyde here ~ Just wanted to say thank you for welcoming me to the BC. I'm SO excited to be here! You are sure beautiful - I like your 'legs' and maybe soon I will grow mine back again! :) I've only been with my new mom a few days but already I feel better. The sanctuary was very nice but mom gets me out all the time and I have a new flock of my own!! Yippeee! Here's a vote for you. My mom says any tips you can give her will help her (mom has lots of conures but very little is known about us terrific looking Patagonians. :) Oh - and do all Patagonians ' honk'? hee hee.

You are too precious with your silver bowl! Very handsome, I might add. I've only seen one Patagonian in person--he was 7 years old and for sale in a pet store. He had the craziest laugh...you could hear him throughout the store.

You sure are handsome. Thanks for voting for me. I too run all over the house. I love to agravate the dog. I try to bite him and take his toys too. It's fun and I like to be the king of the house. My Mom likes to give lost of hugs and kisses. We go away on weekends and stay on our boat up near Niagara Falls. I love it and we have fun, my Mom and Dad and my dog Chip.

Hi Petey, sounds like you found a great family to rescue you. I've never seen a bird like you and you're pretty handsome. My Mom got a conure before she got me thinking he would talk, but he just says baby. I also say help, but that's when I want out of my cage. I have a shiny cup like that too on top of my playstand. I love to throw it and watch everything fly. Mom stopped putting water in it, wonder why??? Come visit me, Jewely, Snowball, Pepper, Gable, PC, Kaylib & Charlie.

Sly here. Hey that's great all the words you can say. Big Bird was taught to say HELP! because his first home he was abused by a guy and BBs mom wanted to know when there was trouble. He didn't say it much with us because he didn't need to. He was safe. But he did love to get in the cupboards and call WHERE ARE YOU? I'M HERE! It was funny because mom didn't always get the pan cupboard closed tight and he'd open it up enough to climb in. Pretty soon he was making all sorts of noise and calling out for her to find him. hahaha
We like to help mom blow her nose and I just love it when she gets the hiccups

Sly here. Hey, you never told me if you talk. Big Bird didn't talk a lot but he could really make the noises. Every now and then I'll still sound like him. Gets to mom. hehehe Can you do the wolf whistle? he couldn't. he would just go woo woo. Both Kiwi and I like to do that still too.

Sly here. Welcome to BC and here's another vote for you. Mom was given a Patagonian, but had to rehome him because of me. I was so jealous I started plucking. He's so very happy now because he has his very own person and doesn't have to share him with anyone but the mom.
What is it about you patagonians? Big Bird was always taking a bath in the dogs water dish (and I've been told several others do too). Even when mom put a clean dish of water down it was run over to Kays dish and bathe --AFTER the dog drank. Strange. But mom sure loved him.
