 We heard someone had 4 white-bellied caiques for sale so we drove to North Carolina to see them. We had originally wanted only 1 bird however they each picked one of us, so we brought home 2!. |

Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. WOW! Two of you, My name is Vito, I'm a White Belly Caique from Elkhorn Nebraska. I have two members of our flock from the East Coast, Sunshine, a 6 yr old Umbrella (originally from Long Island NY) and Carmine a 4 yr old Goffin's Cockatoo (he to is from Long Island NY) completing our group is BellaGG a 2 yr old African Grey. Boy, you're mom has her hands full with 2 of you. I keep my mommy busy with just me, but she loves it. I love my toys too, I attack them like crazy and laugh. I also love my little ball with the bell inside, I carry it with me a lot and lay on my back on the bottom of my cage and spin in my feet and laugh. Mommy calls me the munchin baby. I guess she didn't get enough of me alone, she added two fischer's lovebirds to our family now of seven. She says they are a miniature of me, imagine that. Welcome ladies!!!!
