My husband and I went to a breader's house to find a bird. The breader told us that he was upset at him for cutting his nails and that he was too upset to mess with so I chose the other bird he had. Right before I left I walked over to him and he squatted down and made a babybird sound. I couldn't leave with out him. My heart melted..

Active within 1449 Days Hi! My name is Cool Beans I am a Blue-and-Gold Macaw from Clinton, MS. Bird-Bird 5 years old M Blue-and-Gold Macaw His most favorite thing in the whole world is cooked rotini. His second favorite thing is almonds. Cool Beans loves his outside aviary. The cage is 6ft X 10ft and he loves to hang upside down using only one toe. The first time we put him in it he hung for 30 min. I can't think of any right now. He's pretty layed back. I'm not sure why he likes me. All I know is that I love him enormously. He's the best. I also have 4 other birds. I like them alot too. I call them all "Cool and the Gang". The whole family includes Cool Beans (Blue and Gold), Harley (Green Wing), Mohawkin (Med. Sulfur Crested Cockatoo), Einstein (Congo Aftican Grey), and Peaches (Love Bird). Whenever I let him out of his cage in the afternoons he likes to climb ut and run around the top of his cage. He's not a very happy bird if you don't give him at least 5 minutes.. .

Hi Cool Beans Wow. You sure are one beautiful macaw. I am a Hahns Macaw and am a dwarf compared to you. Of course I am extremely talented. I talk, sing and dance up a storm.
