HERE ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR NOMINATIONS TO RUN FOR BOTM:
1) CANDIDATE MUST BE AN ACTIVE BC MEMBER FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AT THE TIME OF NOMINATION.
2) NOMINATION MUST BE MADE BY A BIRD WHO IS NOT A MEMBER OF HIS/HER FLOCK, AND SECONDED BY ANOTHER FROM OUTSIDE THE FLOCK.
3) IF A BIRD IS INACTIVE FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS DURING THE TIME BEFORE THEIR RUN THEY WILL BE BLOGGED ONCE ASKING IF THEY STILL WISH TO RUN. NON-RESPONSE WITHIN ONE WEEK WILL BE CONSIDERED A NEGATIVE ANSWER.
I DO NOT WISH TO BE HARSH, BUT WE HAVE BIRDS WHO TRULY WISH TO RUN AND WILL AND HAVE WORKED VERY HARD FOR THIS HONOR. I WILL NOT HAVE IT TRIVIALIZED BY BIRDS WHO ARE NOT COMMITTED TO BEING BOTM.

Hi Kiddo!
Today Mom got up bright and early to meet up with her girl friend and her friends family for brunch. Afterwards they went to get there nails done! We were home all day long waiting for mom to get home and she finally got home a little bit ago! We were all hanging outside yesterday with Dad while mom was working so I thought maybe we would be able to go outside today! I was splashing around in my bath bowl while Callie hung out in the tree and Green just hung out on Dads shoulder. He is still a little nervous of hands so he flies to the ground and then steps up. He is pretty cool. We chat back and forth together.
I gotta get going... Will you be at the milonga tonight?
I'm gonna try to stop by. Dad is home in the eves now so he and Mom are always doing stuff together.

Sorry you missed your sunbath. I sat by the screen door for a while today. It was warm and sunny. But, mom was busy cleaning house for the derby company. Thursday is a t-storm and 72. Just happy that it's NOT snow.

I made it very clear that he needs to have at least 500 votes and needs a "second" to my nomination. I also explained that he needs to be commmited to it for the entire month and just have a theme or others will loose interest. And he must thank each and every bird that votes for him. I received a "thank you" from him but nothing more.
