 My mommy picked me out of all the others,when I kept trying to get her attention,from the cage. I would run to the front of the cage,and try to step on my other siblings, just to get her to take me.It was love at first sight.Now, here I stay.. |

Hey! I don't blame you...I LOVE to fly too and don't like to get my wings clipped either even though Mama makes me...something about my safty...poohy. Hi PT! What does PT stand for? I remember when my mommy had to do PT for her college, but she doesn't do that anymore after she hurt her knee, I hope I never hurt my knee like Mommy did! Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams. Here’s a vote for you and a birdie poem: I love birds, I love them so, Life without them I’ll never know. Each day starts with a meeting, Chirps and whistles it’s their own special greeting. Fresh fruits and veggies to wash and chop, Served with warm birdie bread to fill each crop. Toys of wood, leather and bells, Makes for fun with loud squawking yells. Feathers and pellets all over my floor, Does not deter me from loving them more. As the sun fades we share kisses and scritches, Then it’s off to each cage with sweet dream wishes. Hello! Bath time is my favorite time too, though for me it is showers. Mom will spray me with the mister and I love to hang upside down. Little Foot the budgie likes it too, the others? Not so much. They have a thing for bathing in the water dishes. Heathens all of them I tell you!

You are a sweetie!My mom once bought a tiel that looked alot like you for a relative.His name was Joey.He loved to sit on shoulders and whistle different tunes.He didn't have his wings clipped so he could fly around the house.Our wings were clipped when we came here.We are just going through our first molt.(feathers flying everywhere)We were offered pizza tonight but maybe after a few tries we will like it.We love little stir fried noodles with carrot strips.Will check back with you again.Have fun with the rest of the flock.
