 My husband and I had been talking about getting a parrot after we saw some conures in the pet store. I got pregnant and so we put off getting one because of money. 10 weeks into the pregnancy I miscarried and was very upset and depressed. We met Rex about a week later and I knew he was the bird for me. He is very sweet and helped us get through a very difficult time. I can't imagine not having him around - he is part of our family now.. |
