Both of you are such beautiful budgies... I love your colors! I'm Charles, a little blue budgie too but I'm a little different, for one I'm English and I'm also cobalt. But my mom is really itching for one that looks like one of you guys... she loves the light blues and the light colored wings... Anyway couldn't help but stop by because we saw that you're from Melbourne! My mom lived there for half a year in 2008. A very cool city, but so far from our home in New York.

Dulsay here. Wow sounds great. A new friend! Valla and I had to be separated. We got so we were pulling each others feathers when we fought. Let me tell you that little green girl can really hold her own. I'm impressed she can beat me at times. But mom still loves us. We also had to be caged because we nipped ALL the leaves off several plants and that didn't make mom happy in the least. She said she hopes all of the plants come out of it. But Valla was digging at the roots to eat them too. So mom said we had to go back in the cage. NO FAIR!! Scrappy and Menolly are still free!! Mom says they don't eat the roots. So here we sit. But mom is taking us down with her more now. So I guess that's okay.

Dulsay here. One thing about getting a new friend. We know they'll never take the place of the old one, but it's so wonderful making new ones. New experiences and new things to get into. hehe Do you think it'll be blue again or will she choose a new color? Whatever it'll be wonderful to have another cage mate. I think I'd be lost without Levalla now.
Oh let me tell you what I learned to do....I can fly downstairs and visit for a while and then fly back upstairs. Isn't that cool? It's sooo fun. I'm still trying to get Valla to fly down with me. I know she'd have as much fun as I do.

Dulsay here. Been quite a while since we've heard from Astrailia. Hope you all are doing well. I'll tell you that we've got such a great mom. Me and Menolly get to fly all over in our bird room and so does everyone but the finches. She says that she doesn't want me to be mean to them. Can you imagine ME being mean to little ones? Oh well, that's okay. I still go visit them. hehe
It's getting to be winter here. We even had snow flurries on Sunday. It's been so cold (compared to the week before when it was in the 80-90s) But mom keeps us so warm inside. You're starting into your spring there aren't you?
