I actually went with my sister to pick a bird she had bought for my mother, and met COCO who lived in very poor conditions, so I talked the owner into selling her to me and I brought the poor wild bird home..

  Hi from Maxie the WonderBird!
Hey Coco! I like your boing thingy. I have rope perches, but I don't have one like that. Of course, I probably wouldn't use it...I had a giant scary swing in my cage for almost a year, the human finally took it out. I have enough trouble staying on a perch, least of all anything that moves...lol... So, have you gotten a lot easier to handle in those 2-1/2 years you've been in your home? I am more agreeable than I was a year ago. But just to the one human--anyone else is fair game...heehee...Hope you enjoyed your day! Cya...

  Hi from Maxie the WonderBird!
Hey Coco! Thanks for visiting my page! Actually, I came to live with my human just around a year ago at the ripe age of about 40 (estimated). I don't think I ever had many toys or a very large cage before that. It's taken me the longest time to learn how to play with toys, or chew wood, or even climb down off my cage or playstand. But now I'm a regular wood shredder, will play with the occasional puzzle toy, and am ALWAYS sneaking down off my cage or playstand. Gives my human the fits because of the two cats that live here....I think she's worried I'll hurt them....lol...How long have you been in your current home? Cya...
