 I was at a pet shop when I first saw her with no intentions of buying a pet. I saw her staring at me from her cage; she looked so lonely and beautiful that thru her eyes I could hear her calling me. I couldn't resist so I asked to take her out. We bonded so quickly that she couldn't let go my shirt. The Store attendant was surprised on how well we connected to each other. We felt in love so I knew I couldn't leave the store without her. I am so lucky to find her. Now at home, she sees everybody going in and out and she doesn't move from her swing. As soon as she sees me, she hangs at her cage door and doesn't move away till I take her out.. |

Hi Skittles ~
How was your weekend? Did you get to a bath outside? Mom had trouble with her computer over the weekend, but it's working now, thank goodness. She really gets frustrated with it. I got to play in the water hose on Saturday afternoon - sure had fun! I have a Macaw friend, named Rainbow. I'm going to tell him to come by & visit you. He's one fine bird! From one Texan to another......welcome to Bird Channel! Mom had a bird before me that was named Skittles and was as colorful as you are. After reading your story on how you me - I tend to agree that you were meant to have your forever home! You & I would get along great - I love outside baths too....in the water hose!
