 I got him from a breeder (www.rainbowpar- rots.com) and no one really wanted him, so we got him for free. Rita is the breeder. (the only deformed bird she has ever had was Mango, that I know of.). |

You are a very pretty birdie, just like me! Here's a vote for you, and please come visit me at my blog. I also have a blankie, but it's called a "birdie buddy". I snuggle up with it at night. My beak is a bit deformed (from birth), but I get plenty to eat! My favorite treats are Lafeber pellets, ginger snaps, blueberry jam, fresh sweet fruits, sweet peas and carrots, and Thanksgiving turkey.Come visit me, Sophie.

So glad you've joined us here. I'm sorry to read that life has dwelt you a physical complication but it sounds like you have an angel of a mom who will care for you and make the challenges worth it. There are various ones here on the Bird Channel who have struggles and issues but the great circle of friends that the BC can be help us get through with their encouragement.
