It's making it hard on mom to blog for me but I know she can rise to the challenge! She keeps putting me back on her knee and I say "hello Sugar!"
Not much else going on today. It's just fine with me since I'm having a really fun time climbing all over the puter and all over mom!

Our bird club meeting went really well and after Arthur settled down, he did okay also! He did a lot of growling, barking, and wolf whistles, crazy bird! My Raiders play their first game tomorrow, and I am cautiously optimistic about our chances! Win or lose, we shall use this game as a learning experience and build from it! Hi ya Paulie~
I hope you are having a wonderful day. I've got the gardeners here to watch. They are outside my window mowing the lawns! Pretty soon Mandy will be woofing to go out just because she likes to smell the fresh cut grass! Mom takes her for a walk everyday and Mandy has decided she likes to walk down to the Starbucks. Do you suppose it's the scones they sell? I always share my scones with her so maybe she figured she just go down there and get us some! I like the way she thinks!!
Mom already went to the market before I even got up! The store is open 24 hours a day. It's less crowded early in the mornings but mom has to put up with freight on the floor and the floor scrubber being used. Since she works nights at a store, she is use to that stuff.
She got me some pecans so I'm looking forward to my snack! I'll be having apples and pecans today! Yum!
I'll be supervising the chores later on and letting mom know how she should do stuff! We all know our parronts would be lost without us!!

Hi ya Paulie~~
How are you doing today? It's still sunshine here and I'm loving it! I'm looking out my window at the gardeners mowing the lawns! It's noisy but it smells good!
Mom has to go off to the market soon but she just going to the one across the street. She figures she'll go to the bigger on during the week since it's always so busy on Fridays. I have a stash of apples and corn bread so I don't care if she goes or not. I am out of pecans but that's something she buys at the other store. I have almonds as a back up so it's all good.
I'm going to supervise the turtle tank cleaning this afternoon. If it wasn't so windy, mom would put them out on the balcony for a while to grab some rays. Pretty soon it will be warm enough for that and they seem to really enjoy it.
I'm glad you guys are getting along with Green. He seems like a great guy. I'm sorry that you and Peetie got locked in the house while the others were outside. It's still cool that you have a nice outside place tho. All I have is the balcony and since the wind is blowing all the time up here, I don't get to sit out there much. At least there are nice dog parks here so that Mandy gets to go for walks. She just loves it and she is always interested to see if any other dogs are out.

How are you doing today? It's very pretty here still and I can't believe all the sunshine I am getting to enjoy.
Mom is going to run over to the library and the market soon but she's only going to the market across the street so she won't be gone long. The library is only 3 blocks up the street. I love having it so close so that when I'm done with my picture books mom can get over there and get me more! I truly do love storytime!
Mom and the kids want to go see Iron Man 3 but I don't know when they are going. Everyone has to go somewhere today so they might go tomorrow morning.
I hope everything is just wonderful at your place today!

It sure was a big surprise to see you up so early. Did you get to go outside? Also did your parents get their stuff done?
The baby tiels are settling in fine mom and dad still hand feeding them. They know how to do that so it was ok for them to take them they are about weened from the formula they picking at Millet and bird bread they are about 2 months old. The Pearl one is called Shiloh and the Cinnamon is called Coco Puff . Mom s thinking about going and getting the cinnamon pearl baby she just thinking about it. I said nooooooo but she never ever listens to me when it comes to that grrrrrrrrr.
today ( Tues) its warm and sunny here today ( 77 degrees) but we are to get thunderstorms tonight and them Snow yep you read it right Snow on Thursday. We are so sick of this weather. On monday it hit 80 degrees here. Not to much more going on here. Vote for you. I'm hoping today is better in the weather dept. - yesterday was very grey and drizzly and I didn't do my best yelling out the window because of it !
Mom is coming up on her busy weeks - she coaches the junior high drama club and their production is next weekend . . . that means lots of late nights - but then she'll be mine ! And only about 7 weeks left of the school year !

How awesome to be out in your tree on the patio!I can't wait to see the video! I'll keep looking for it! Did you see our new videos! You'll get to see the first two of them and my Mom is working on the third one! I just love this weather too! My Mom took us all outside and gave us all a shower yesterday and today she took us out at 3 after she got her chores done and gave us all mani-pedi's and my fister Celine a beak trim and she plucked all the broken tail feathers on my frothers,Mario and Peepers and now they practically look like ducks! Mom tried to do my nails but they were hard to do as my toes were bent sideways,and it hurt for her to pull them over so she could clip them! After we were all done we all got an animal cracker! Oh you got stuff from the pet store,who doesn't love stuff?LOL! I've been having trouble with my foot lately,Mom tried to put my perches lower but I refused to use them so she had to put everything back the way it was! I just hope this nice weather continues and it keeps getting warmer and not colder!

You were up early yesterday ! We're early risers here everyday ! Mom is at that stage of life where she doesn't sleep much . . .
Our weather over the weekend was gorgeous - mom has spring fever - I know this because she's still working on last weekend's "to do" list ! The only thing she did from this weekend's list is my cage ! Now today while she's gone I have to mess it up again !

did you mom ever make it to parrot jungle in south miami before it closed. my parronts used to go there all the time. it was strictly parrots and birds with maybe one or two crocks. it was a really neat place. they used the flamingos there in the opening credits of the old tv show miami vice. now it seems to have closed and moved to some island and is now called jungle island and full of zoo animals with a few parrots. for $240 you can pet the animals but if you are poor you must pay a ticket price of 35 bucks to get in. they used to have the most wonderful parrot shows and they would put about 10 macaws on you and take your picture.
mom caught our new stray kitty in the bathroom sink liking up the drips from the leaky faucett. mom was afraid she might also be licking soap and got her off the sink very quickly. then mom was cleaning the family room and was cleaning the crack between the floor and the glass sliding door and found dried blood and lots of hair and thinks maybe the kitties killed a mouse.
ewwww! it is a cool 61 and raining outside. all the shrubs are getting ready to bloom. still havent seen any hummingbirds yet but when mom cleaned Boo Boos cage she found about 8 big black ants on the bottom of the pan. I sure am surprised to see you soo early in the mornin'!The same thing happened here today and my Mom and Dad were up really early also,Mom with getting all the laundry in the wash and on the line out back and Dad with burning all the sticks, twigs and branches from the yard he could as he only has this weekend to do it before he can't anymore! Mom was slicing and dicing peppers and zuch to make recipes with them and then cleaning all our cages and after she was done making the bed and folding the laundry we all got to go out in the sunshine on the deck with her for a while and get a shower and dry off in the warm sunshine!
