take one last peek at incarcerated Cappy before heading to the kitchen for some snacks to take out back with them . . . they find popsicles in the freezer and grab a couple - and one to slip to Cappy in his cage !

They sure taste good on a hot day :) But after this past winter, they're not complaining !

Come visit me, Cookie - summertime, summertime . . ., BC Library Now Open & Fly with the angels my Sally.

  Hi Dory
That is so upsetting. I hope that Cappy gets a better mood and fast! He is a beautiful bird. I wonder if there is someone who can help with his behavior? I know you are a good girl ... we macaws are special ... right?
It was a hot, humid and windy day. So why was I surprised that the power went out tonight? I need my beauty sleep ... I'm turning 4 on Wednesday! It finally came on at 12:40am. Now to catch up. Hey, it's Wednesday .... do I get my presents now mom?

Come visit me, Chyna & Bailey ♥ RIP.

  Hi Dory .
ok how do they decompress the eye. i sure hope your mom was asleep when they did that. why are your moms legs and feet swollen is it related to this disease? what can be done to correct the swelling?

as hot as it is and even with mom wearing the back brace she is loving the hot weather. it gets cold way too soon and lasts way too long. i got my nails done today and then a bath. mom then put my harness on and took me outside to dry off. i prefer bing blow dried.

love Cori

  Hi Dory
It sounds like good news/bad news there. It's good that dad didn't have a stroke, bad that Cappy bit him again! Hope his ear feels better soon and we are hoping to hear good results from the EEG, too. Mom had one of those a long time ago, when they found viral encephalitis. She was very young, only 18, and we didn't know her then.
It is a gorgeous day today! I think it's the best one of the week. Tomorrow we're supposed to get thunderstorms again. Usually by this time in July the grass is brown and dry, but everyone has green grass still. Mom has some grocery shopping to do, but it can wait. She needs to buy fresh fruits and veggies, but we have enough to tide us over for a few days. Today is definitely a pool day, and tonight mom and her sister will go to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. Mom bought a groupon a few weeks ago and wants to use it before it expires. Tonight will also be cage cleaning night, so we all have to be prepared to fix up our homes as soon as mom is done destroying them.
I hope you are having a bright and beautiful sunny day and getting lots of attention that you deserve. Hugs, Willie

Come visit me, Gizmo, I miss you, sweet boy, Willie, Kaji, TiPaul, and Sky for 10k!, Peppino, In Divo's memory & Falco, Mikey and Chipper for 10k.
