 Husband and I ordered a manufactured home and we became friends with the office manager. Her having 2 other parrots that didn't get along, she commented on if she ever needed a home for Khloe that she would consider us as her new family. I never owned a parrot and was skeptical at first, hubby reassured me that it would be ok. Now Khloe and I are best friends. I wouldn't trade her for a million!. |

What a beautiful name for a gorgeous Too. I'm Romeo, it's very nice to meet you, I hope you enjoy being on BC and meeting lot's of new bird friend. I'd be more than happy to introduce you to some of mine. I'm currently the BC Bird of the Month elected by my BC friends. I'm a 5 yr old male Cockatoo, I have a CAG little brother 5 months old and Senegal sister CoCo and there are 4 Cockatiels around here somewhere in another part of the house, only because I can't seem to stay off their cage. You are a beautiful bird and here is a vote for you. I hope that your wings are well clipped...it is so easy for a bird to escape and get lost in the wild. Even with clipped wings, they can fly off when frightened. We suggest using a bird harness on Khloe...better to be safe then sorry. My father in law almost lost his clipped yellow nape amazon when it got frightened and flew off into a tree. It's wings were also clipped!!! He luckily go this parrot back, and now only takes it outside in a travel cage or with a harness on. I see tha tyou like to hang out with Mom at night for hours while watching TV...all of us birdies like to do that. Susan is especially fond of TV time. Fly on in for a visit and meet the rest of our flock.
