Welcome to the BC! So glad you winged your way by my page and let me know you'd joined the flock here. Thanks for the compliments on my pictures, by the way. I've come to realize that, living here, posing for the camera is likely to happen quite often.
So, you like to perch on your mom's head, do ya? Well, SO DO I! I mean, if I can't be up there in her hair, well, then it's a sad day. Reaching that coveted point has become a whole lot easier now that my wings are growing in once again. Over the summer they were trimmed so I could go outside without fear of flying too far away. (I could go about 20' down and over the grass. That privilege ended when a hawk moved into my neighborhood. Darn hawk.
Anyway, I'm so happy to hunted me up (poor choice of words, having just mentioned a hawk, huh?). I hope we can share notes often. I'd love to hear all about your wonderful first year of life. I know it's going to be wonderful; you picked out a loving mom!
