Yes. I know tiels can bit real hard. We,ve had ours do it when we upset them. But, with time you might be able to hold Toby. I would say wear a glove when you try to get him on your finger and only try a couple time a day at the most. Good luck. Here is a vote for him and I'll go over to Tia and give her a vote also.
