 I have always wanted a parrot so I spent year's doing my home work and decided on an African Grey.Drove 8 hour's to a breeder's home,who I talked to for about a year before and visited once,and picked up my baby bird at 4 week's old!He picked me by pulling himself across the blanket on the floor and rested his little head on my ankle and fell asleep! There is a story about my Kiwi and myself that will make your goosebumps pop right out and I will share that story on a later date.. |

Here is a vote for you from a fellow african gray. I am a congo african gray, too; and my name is Rocket! I got my name because of my gray body and fire red tail! Dominick just thought that I looked like a Rocket! lol I am curious as to how you got your name. We see lots of green birds on here named Kiwi...that is a really common name for birds. In fact, if I remember, it is the most popular name for a pet bird. Fly on in for a visit any time! You are a beautiful bird!
