Hello from Tanga!
I hope you had a good day. My grandma birdy-sat me today and she made me a new toy with colorful popsicle sticks! I love it! I was really starting to get bored with my toys (mommy ordered me new ones...but it's taking a long time for them to get here). Tomorrow I have a vet date to get my my feathers trimmed and a pedicure. I hate it, but I cannot wait to go for a ride in the car! Hello Ry-Ry,
Yeeaahh, them treats are coming, can't wait. We will let you know how we like them and which ones are our favorites. About the play-gym, daddy did'nt build it, mom had it ordered online. It's called a JAVA GYM and it's almost "unchewable". Mom needed something for me what would uphold my busy beak, hehehe. The Gym is made out of Java wood perches (really hard hard-wood) and the side bars are bamboo. I went on there only ONE time and slipped and it scared the chirp right out of me. Did'nt go back on there since, hehehe. You see, them side bars turn around the rope which goes through them and it makes it kind of hard to maneuver around on it. Thought i warn you about that one. Hi Rylie! Thanks so much for stopping by, wow small world!YES New Smyrna BEach we love it too! So you have been here before, WOW! My mommy, daddy and ZAZoo moved down here 5 years ago from Massachusetts, they were sick of the high cost of housing , etc and bad weather. THen they adopted me last week. My NEW mommy has wanted a grey for awhile and was looking at babies but she decided to get me instead and does not regret it. I have gained some wieght since the pics, I was only fed seed in the pet shop for a month :( And I am a fussy eater, but I am getting better. And for outside, usually mommy does not do that, cause it can be dangerous, it was for the pics. We usually go out in our travel cage,thanks for the compliments, You look like you like showers, not me. I tolerate it though. Tweety needs your votes for her poem. Her foot had to be amputated Feb. 26th due to the main blood supply being cut in her leg. We had to separate her from her cage mate. I wanted to get her a big cage to move (fly around) in and after paying 258.00 for her leg to become amputated we could not afford to buy her the cage of her dreams.
