 I had always wanted an African Grey, but thought that financially it would never happen. My then Fiance and I went to a local pet expo one day, just to look around. I saw Rikki at the breeder's stand, and I fell in love. She was the only young Grey at the whole expo. The price was very reasonable, and I thought about getting her, but we were already spending quite a bit for our wedding two months later, and I couldn't justify the expense. As we were leaving the expo, my fiance insisted that we go back and buy Rikki, he paid for her and her cage. She was his early wedding present to me.. |

apples here flyin' by with a vote. heard you jersey birds are getting lots of snow...my mom is from maple shade and her family up there got over 24 inches...crazy! my mom loves african greys and things you are a cutie...and so do i! keep warm and don't go outside or you may get lost in the snow!Come visit me, Apples.

Boy I hope you don't do what I did....I broke off a good 1/3 of my lower beak. Mom doesn't know how, but did find out how few avian vets there are in this town. I'm doing good now.
