There was a woman who put her two congo greys together and discovered they were male and female. She ended up with a baby and didn't have time to feed him. So by the time he was 1 month I began hand feeding. He was such a little cutie. He would sit on his butt whenever he was sleeping. And since then we have been best buds!.

My name is TJ I am a Congo African Grey from new bern, NC. boo baby and cutie 4 years old F Congo African Grey Pine nuts & peanuts and anything my mom has on her plate on moms shoulder and on arm of the couch... sometimes on the floor with my buddy Jewels Tower in the evening and morning and on arm of the couch to get head scratching She spoils me rotten. I get lots of kisses and love. I love to preene her long hair and try to take out her clips. They're like new toys. She's always trying to give me new things to learn and do. Hang up side down in the cage while attacking my toy. And screaming at the top of my lungs.. I rule this roost!.

HiYa TJ I'm Captain, the Congo African Grey in my Flock. There's a Timnah here to, 'CrackyBoy' "HiYa TJ". We just Flew-in to leave you a vote and a greeting. We love it here, WOW that your human Momma got to hand feed you, our human Momma won't handfeed babies cause she fraid. She does help other Fids (feathered kids) though. We are a big Flock and momma volunteers (whatever that means besides meaning not be home all afternoon) at a rescue her friend has. Glad to meet you TJ, Flyby and visit.
