 I read about parrotlets through a website but couldn't find any available on Long Island. After web research, I found a breeder in Florida and obtained two babies, born 2 days apart. One is a yellow lutino and the other is blue.. |

A special corn muffin treat Lulu bakes for me and my sister Trixie which contains mixed veggies, a pinch of spirulina and a pinch of bee pollen. She bakes this treat in a mini muffin pan and freezes them, using one at a time. She cuts the muffin into chunks and we love to tear into them. We also love toast (unbuttered), and tasting just about anything else that's within reach. Lulu really has to watch us constantly to make sure we don't get into trouble!

My sister Trixie; she bites my feet!
 She talks to me all the time and tells me how pretty I am. She feeds me and my sister and changes our paper every day. She lectures me nicely when my sister and I argue but we don't always listen. Lulu's mom Nonna loves me a lot, too. Every time she calls Lulu, her first question is "how's my Lucy?" Isn't that great?
 My sister and I fight for the same square inch of space despite having lots of toys and two swings, two feeding cups, and four perches. If one of us goes to a swing, the other fights to occupy it as well. Lots of squabbles result. YAY - it's a lot of fun!.

happy easter eve....
hi lucy...i'm up late waiting for the easter bunny
with my mom. she always gives up chocolate for lent so when the clock strikes 12 she can eat a chocolate peanut butter egg.

...will you be my girlfriend? you'd be my first and only :) i've never seen such a bright yellow birdie before. are you sure your mom didn't paint you that color? i have a good friend named tooth thats a yellow parrotlet...he and i get in trouble together...you should stop by his page sometime. lol you're only 6 months old and feisty??...we're all that way...big parrots in a small body! you're soooo lucky that LuLu bakes for you...the corn muffins sound yummie! i like bread too...garlic :)
