Hi, Cracker Jack & Flock!
Nice to meet you guys! Jade & Jethro are chickens, too! Thanks for the facts on you guys. I weigh about 26 ounces & Jethro (rooster) is about 7-8 pounds and Jade (hen) is about 5-7 pounds. I'm a Belgian D'Uccle Mille Fleur (boy, that's a mouthful!) and Jade & Jethro are Black Austrolorps.

Well they did away with BOTW so now it's BOTD and BOTM. If you want to be added to the list, I beleive Floop will be doing the BOTD. I was doing the BOTW but they're not doing it anymore. All you have to do is get the most votes the day before. If you are running for BOTM, you have to get atleast 800 votes for the month to win. For BOTW it was 200 or more so as far as BOTD, I'm not sure how many you'll need. If you want to try for BOTM, stop by Kiddo's page and he can help you with that. Floop can help you with BOTD!

Here is a vote for you, and I thought you might want to learn a little about this wonderful website you have signed up for.
BC is a social club for birds. Don't let anybirdy tell you it is an information site for your parronts; it just isn't true. It is for and all about making friends with all the other birds here. We have virtual parties that are a blast, and I know you would love attending one. The next one that is currently scheduled is the monthly milonga party (name borrowed from Argentinian Tango clubs). You can find the details on the Milonga 2010 page #165848. To navigate to a page by number you simply go up to the URL bar at the top of the page and change the number at the end of the string to 165848 and hit enter. It will take you to the page you want. (Your own personal number is the one currently showing.)
Another fun thing about the BC is voting for your favorite birds. There are awards for BOTW (Bird of the Week) and BOTM (Bird of the Month), and there is always some birdy campaigning for your vote. You can see who is running by going to the BOTW schedule on Rocky's page #16847. Currently cute little Fwanky #129662 is running for BOTW. The BOTM candidate can be learned by going to the BOTM Calendar page #144395 (maintained by moi!!), and the wonderful bird who is running for BOTM right now is my dear friend Floop, a very handsome macaw. He sure would like to meet you and would certainly appreciate your vote. You can vote once each day, and every vote counts toward that bird winning an award.
I truly hope you enjoy your time on BC. Come by to visit me. I sure would like to get to know you better.

WELCOME TO THE BC
I am Rocky, the BC Bird of the week campaign manager and I am on a mission to get Fwanky #129662 BOTW! So if you could please fly over there and leave him a vote everyday this week, I'd really apprisiate it!! If you need help finding him, please ask and I'll help. You might find a blog from him on my page and all you have to do is click on his name..
I am also helping my best friend Floop #91788, he is running for BOTM (bird of the month) so if you could fly by his page everyday until the 31st and leave him a vote to, he'd be so happy!!! This will be a great way for you to meet new friends and work on getting added to our BOTW list!! Oh and there are blogs from Floop on my page but he has a lot of flockmates so please make sure you click on his name. He's a red macaw.
