 my friend had zebra finches so we went to the pet store and saw all of them and only one male and femal actually came to the glass and lux started singing as i walked by so i took them home, Ivy died on wed july 20th 2011, we got Lolita a few days after so lux did not get depressed.. |

Punkin, Aya and Handsome here. Welcome to BC and here's another vote. Oh we are so happy you flew by and let us know you're here. Here's another finch vote to make you feel right at home.
I, Punkin, write stories about finches and baseball. There's birdie baseball here at BC. So far none for finches and so I thought I'd make up stories about it. My frothers love my stories so I want to share. Hope you like the first installment.....
Here it is Baseball season once again and all the teams are working up and beginning play. I told her that I was so glad there wasn't a finch team. Start picturing it.... Here's Punkin at the plate.....YOU EXPECT ME TO PICK THAT UP?????....then she finally gets the bat up and it wavers terribly. The ball is pitched....Punkin is so glad that the catcher has such a big glove otherwise she and the ball would be gone. hehehe And THEN the B&G team is up to plate.....Here comes one sliding into base. HEY WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BASEMAN? Or maybe just TRYING to pitch a ball that is bigger than our whole body. hehehehe Oh I gotta stop, My sides are splitting. Anyway, we're going to the games and rooting for everyone. Maybe if it's really quiet you'll hear us.
